I ordered flowers for a family member from Sarasota,Fl.The flowers were GORGEOUS and a great price.I was unable to attend the funeral but received many calls telling me how beautiful they were and sent me a picture.I would definitely order from her again๐ŸŒปHighly recommend this florist.

Had issues ordering online. Tried calling shop couldnt get an answer. Third try someone finally answers just hello in a very nasty tone. I ask if this is the flower shop they respond yeah youve called six times and hang up. Not even giving me a chance to ask for help to place my order.

Wonderful conversation with Bibbs and excellent customer service. They even willingly answered my call AFTER business hours and assured me of not only that the arrangement would be beautiful and on time, but even explained what their next steps would be when I was asking additional questions about the arrival procedure of the arrangement.In times of stress and in need of a beautiful sympathy arrangement, Iโ€™m very glad I chose Bibbs! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive and responsive experience with flower arrangement and delivery.Their number is now saved in my phone and will be my first call for all future flower needs. I am so appreciative to Bibbs Flowers for their awesome work! My dad had open heart surgery and I had to work out of state, so I was searching for something really special to have delivered to him to let him know how much I was thinking of him and my mom. Bibbs delivered the best bouquet of flowers balloons and the chocolate gift basket. My parents were so surprised and loved all the items in the basket. Thank You Bibbs for delivering the love I was looking to show.P. S. Customer service was awesome, she called me with questions about what I wanted and showed genuine concern for the effect I wanted to send ..

Sad to say, a thoughtful family member sent flowers to me as a gift after having a baby, and they arrived reeking of cigarette smoke - the flowers, the card, everything. I dont know if its the shop or the driver, and I dont have the heart to tell my family that their gift had to be set outside because we couldnt tolerate the smell, but I hope nobody ever orders me flowers from this place again!

We were so happy with our experience with Bibbs. The flowers arrived at their destination same day, and they were kind enough to send us photos of the bouquet we ordered for a friend. The flowers were beautiful and definitely more than you would receive for the same price at many other online stores. The folks at Bibbs were very helpful and even reminded us to sign our names on the card when we forgot. We would order from them again in a heartbeat!

I gave her a 55 budget, a general idea, and asked her to make something great. I was minimally worried as there was no set price for a set flower like roses on Valentines. However, she went bigger than I had guessed and they were exceptional for the price in my opinion. Thank you for helping me to say something Bibbs

I called the morning of Saturday, May 11 to order flowers for my mother in-law. I said I was willing to spend around $50. The woman on the phone said, โ€œif you can do $55 we are in business.โ€ I agreed. She said theyโ€™d be delivered Monday. Again, I agreed. NOTHING else of price was mentioned.I received a confirmation email a week later of a nice bouquet. I checked my bank account over the weekend and to my surprise I was charged $92.20!!I called today and was SHOCKED by the way I was treated!!I was very pleasant as I wouldnโ€™t be accusatory of anything or anyone as it could be a mistake. The woman from the get go seemed rushed.Hereโ€™s how our conversation went. I nicely explained in probably a 15 second try about the $50 &$55 that was discussed and she loudly cut me off, โ€œcan you get to you point?!โ€ I was astounded!I responded that I was getting to my point but it was important to understand the price agreement and that my point was I shouldnโ€™t have been charged over $90. She proceeded with, โ€œwell I know for a fact we didnโ€™t have $55 flowers left and you have to be charged tax and delivery but I donโ€™t have time for this l have a doctor appointment to go to so call back on the morning!โ€ When I asked for her name she actually pretended to not hear me making noises like she was cutting out! โ€œI canโ€™t hear you! Are you flipping kidding me!? Ugh!! I bet sheโ€™s on a stupid cell phone. Whatever.โ€ *click*I called immediately back and asked her name again. She said,โ€ you must be on a cell. I canโ€™t hear you. Call the owner tomorrow after 10 but I really need to go. She may have a log of the order but who knows?โ€ Again I asked her name and she finally told me Sandy.I am baffled by what just happened! Not only was I charged almost DOUBLE of what was agreed on.. the way I was just treated was completely and utterly unexceptable!And if Iโ€™m being completely honest, this Sandy lady sounded like the lady that took my order before Motherโ€™s Day.. who I spoke with then was very rushed and somewhat abrasive but had limited options as it was the day before Motherโ€™s Day. I didnโ€™t think too far into as Iโ€™m sure they were extremely busy and needed to get off the phone.I can only hope the owner is more willing to help and doesnโ€™t accept that kind of behavior in her shop!And by the way, I NEVER wrote poor reviews! Never! This, however, should not be tolerated! ๐Ÿ˜ซ

Thank you so much for the beautiful flower arrangement, we truly appreciated all you went through for us. I would recommend your florist to anyone who asks. We were using a different local florist because they were less expensive although we had not a clue what a little more money gets you. Unbelievable, and your ability to work with us was class A. We have received several calls since your delivery bragging about how beautiful and different your arrangement was and have told everyone about you. Quite possible the most unprofessional vendor Ive ever dealt with. I called to ask for pricing on bridal bouquets and I mentioned I was trying to compare prices across vendors. The person I spoke to on the phone got really wound up as she proceeded to tell me she is not interested in bargaining because it sounds like im on a budget and weddings are stressful enough --I should try someplace else.Thanks for being upfront about you pricing and sorry about your arrogance.This vendor does not seem professional, Ive seen pictures of their meager flowers and maybe Im glad I cant afford their crappy service. I actually have a lot of friends getting married in the area, and Ill be sure to recommend against Bibbs.

I wouldnโ€™t step foot in this place. We called ahead to make sure they were open and the lady on the phone gave me the third degree! I was looking to buy flowers to make smudge bundles. She questioned me as if I broke the damn law! Needless to say I spent my little $100.00 flower budget elsewhere. Her loss, not mine. I donโ€™t even know this person, but I would discourage everyone from attempting to do business with this place and whoever it was that answered the phone.

I had the WORST experience with these people...they told me my flowers were going to be in the $40 range and they charged me $60!!! And when my sister received the flowers they smelled like smoke! We then called and she said there was no possible way they did and they were down right rude to us. I live in Illinois and my mom lives in Gainesville and we send a lot of flowers to them. WILL NEVER BE USING THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.In reply to the owners response.......the driver NEVER showed up at the house to pick them up and bring new flowers so thats a lie. Yes we did discuss that but please tell me how you can charge $25 dollars in taxes and delivery fees when the flowers smelled awful! The reason they refused for you to bring them back flowers is because the first time they called you, you were saying there was no possible way they smelled like smoke AND you didnt offer it the first time they called you instead called back after completely degrading my mother and pretended to be someone else (even though your the person they talked to the first time) and thats when you offered different flowers...they arent stupid they know what smoke smells like. Just because is a rule that the driver doesnt smoke doesnt mean he doesnt...clearly he does.

Would never order flowers from this place flowers were already dye off the next day, for a price of $70 you would think they would last almost a week, l guess when your calling from michigan you can get away with selling old flowers, plus when calling about this the person is very rude never again from this place!!!!!!!!
