Being a business owner, i dont write reviews when i have a positive experience with a business or product. I save that effort for a business experience like i had with Advantage Golf carts.Started good, picked up my cart for simple repair work the day I called, called me back the very next day with the repair estimate. Everything was good.Two weeks later Im calling to see if the unit is ready. I was told theyre waiting on the part to arrive, should be any day and so another week goes by and were calling again, this time were told the part is on backorder and they have no idea when itll be in, blamed it on Covid issues.What got me is they knew this part was backordered the day they ordered it and never told me. Otherwise I would have gone another way and had no problem covering transport and analysis costs.The issue is service never kept us advised and never called to explain the situation. When wed call we were always told they would look into it and call us back- We may have gotten one call back with the Covid excuse.Kept my unit nearly a month, no repair and then wanted to charge me after all the BS they put us through. I had to demand they return my unit or it would have sat there another week. Complete waste of my time and all of could have been avoided.If owner or GM reads this review-please contact me and let me detail how your staff handled this at every turn. This review touches on most but you need to know how your staff handled my experience with your business, but then you may not care.

I purchase two used golf carts from this company. They made a good profit from my purchase, but one of the golf carts (4grand) has not run since we brought it home. They charged me an astronomical fee to pick it up less than a month after purchasing, they fixed it for 450.00 and it still doesnt run. Buyer beware. They will take your money, but their carts are junk.

I was extremely impressed with the fact that the staff was so eager to help me. They were polite and generous with their time. No matter what questions I asked they knew the answers. They were truly a pleasure to deal with.. Please do not miss out on this experience go in and see them!!

I had regular preventative maintenance performed on my EZ-GO (2012) at this store on May 11, 2016. I have always been pleased with the service and thought I had a good relationship with this dealership. On June 22, I noticed a lot of oil spots under the cart on my garage floor and called the dealership. They said I had to bring the cart back in to the store (40 minutes, one way) to get it checked. I suggested that it may be an improperly tightened filter or fill plug since it had never leaked oil before, and that they should have their mobile service man stop by to check it out. I was informed that since it had been 6 weeks since the service, they would not do this, and that if a serviceman would come out, I would have to pay for it.Today I checked and found the filter was indeed not properly tightened. I felt this was not handled in a tactful manner consistent with obtaining my future business, service or recommendations to others.Its amazing to me after having run a business successfully for many years, that companies will jeopardize a relationship for a couple of dollars. I get very upset with this kind of treatment. and would suggest you look elsewhere.

My name is Dave I took my golf cart to somewhere I thought was a professional repair shop. When I dropped it off I had to wait for the shop help to come back from lunch which I thought was strange as a business owner we keep people at the shop until we close. But after that I was ok with it I even was looking to buy 2 more half carts. A few days later they called with a estimate and I told them to fix it. On Thursday morning they called and said it needed more stuff after they wanted me to spend alot more money after I told them to fix it I told them to just get it running on Thursday afternoon they called and said it was fixed I could not make it untill Monday at lunch time and when I showed up it was not put together so I left and called back at 4.15 the same day to see if it was put together and he said yes so I told him I was on my way and he asked If I could be there by 5 i thought that was very rude after they wasted my time earlier I had a hour drive each way. They seem ver Micky mouse. On Tuesday I went to Ocala and bought 2 more golf carts

Scheduling here is terrible. The mechanic/delivery guy is very friendly and knowledgeable. If it wasnt for him I would go somewhere else

The lady answering the phones and selling the golf carts is awfully rude. I wanted to purchase a golf cart and was so ternd off by her, I left. After purchasing one elsewhere I called about an aftermarket parts and got the same uneducated and demeaning attiude.
