Acknowledge customers immediately please. Customer service was almost non existent. I understand they may have a bad day, but to just ignore me standing in front of the sales rep for a good 2 minutes while he was dazed out. Next time Ill be heading to Costco or Sams club just down the street.

Marcel has been servicing my cars for more than 10 years. Rarely do I need to return to have his work corrected. He bills me honestly, offers only what is truly neded and is a terrific PLUS for Mr. Tire. I have the parts and will do brake job on the future. Jaguars ABS unit is very expensive, so Ill live without the ABS system and wil drive with the dual brake system as when I grew up many years before ABS was invented.

I called them for an appointment and confirmed me to come at 2pm, after stop by at the same time, front desk people said you came to wrong place and we don’t have your appointment here and call that number whoever has given the appointment. Then I said exact number which I called but they said it’s not our number. Right away called the same number In front of them and phone is ringing right there and looking each other and all there faces were dumb.Then realized and saying will give appointment tomorrow. I said No. I don’t trust these people. They wasted my time. I never go back to this place. Worst response and very negligence.

Got a flat on our way out of town and this was the only shop that would pick up the phone and they were able to change our tire less than an hour. They knew we were in need and helped us out. Very knowledgeable, and helpful.

Last week on the day of the flash floods, I called them about a nail in my tire. They told me to bring it in . They took a look, said tire was good and they’d patch it for me after removing nail,I waited there and heard a lot of profanity /yelling from garage area and counter attendants weren’t very friendly. I was later told that the nail didn’t puncture the tire entirely and that a patch wasn’t needed. They assured me the nail was removed. It was raining super hard when I left so I couldn’t hear the tire noises . Next day I hear it again! Nail was still in there!I took the car to a different place and they couldn’t believe the nail was in there still and it was leaking air. They fixed it in 5 minutes, thankfully, I’ll never go to Mr. Tire in Gaithersburg again.

Pricing and wait time is THE worst. if you can, go somewhere else.

Price for oil change had gone up quite a bit, not their fault?. Since new ownership, this location has not had the same feel of concern. I suppose the work is competent, but it used to be my first choice for service.

I had a friend come from out of town. On her departure she incurred a flat tire and was happy that Mr Tire in Gaithersburg was open on a Sunday. Unfortunately, after having purchased four néw tires, there was $2000 worth of fraud on her credit card that she used for the purchase. This is the onlypurchase she had made on that particular card in months. Posting this in case it happened to anyone else.

I showed up to this location when they opened for a tire repair. I chose this location specifically because of multiple reviews citing their prompt tire repair services (many being seen immediately or in-and-out in less than 30 minutes). Unfortunately I was told that they couldnt see my car until 1pm. I understand being unavailable to perform the work, I was just disappointed based on the image that had been conveyed via reviews.

Over the weekend I took my car to mr. tire cause I needed new brakes. I normally take it there cause it’s cheaper than the dealership. They take a look and call me back with an estimate of $1100 for new break pads and rotors and that was the price after the coupon! The Ford dealership was only $950. I ended up getting a second opinion because they told me my rotors were finished and the back ones were rusted out. MY ROTORS WERE COMPLETELY FINE AND WOULD LAST ME ANOTHER 200,000-300,000 miles as long as I kept changing my break pads. I ended up paying for a family member on my boyfriends side to do it. Paid 115$ for good break pads instead on $1100 for new pads and rotors I didn’t even need. The rust on the rotors was from the warn down break pads and had nothing to do with how well they worked. Mr. tire was ready to screw me over. They are dishonest about the work that needs to be done. Screw yall, you lost a customer.

Tire rotation was not done. Even mileage sticker is not change after oil change. Air filter was in upside down.

I had an appointment for Saturday morning yet it still took 3 hours to get 4 new tires. In the future, I should have made an appointment for Tuesday morning when the place is not so overwhelmingly busy

I got a EGR valve replacement and flush that costed 800$. I picked my car up and immediately noticed a sound when accelerating. I waited a week to make sure it wouldn’t go away which it didn’t. I brought my car back to Mr.Tires and they “test drove it” and stated they couldn’t hear the sound. But when I picked it up and started the engine and began to reverse you could immediately hear the sound. There is no way he test drove the car without hearing the sound.Got a second opinion and they said that the noise was caused by the way they did their work. Sloppy. I am now stuck with a noise that costed 800$. Let alone sloppy mess on my bumper that won’t wash off.So thank you!I will never go to Mr.Tires again. Clearly they should only sell tires.

Zero stars! I visited the place around 01:15 PM today (12/31) with a friend who had a nail in his tire. So Im there waiting to pick him up, when an employee made crazy gestures at me and shouted that I could not park there, etc. He was moving a vehicle from the lot. After he got out, I told him politely that all he had to do was honk and I would have known to move. Then he just repeated and basically shouted the same thing - you cannot park here. I told him that Im waiting for a customer. I dont know why, but he shouted at me, repeated the same thing. I then went to the front desk and informed them that the employee was being very rude to me, when that guy walked in and shouted again, saying that he didnt care who I complained to. At that point I just got my friend to come out of there and I told the front desk that Im taking my business elsewhere. And left.You lost a potential repeat customer, and made for a very bad experience.

Oh man, the manager Estuardo Aguilar is exceptional in every way. Service, knowledge & know how. Second time coming to this location and they never disappoint.

They quoted me at $350 for 2 tires and installation. Maybe that reasonable, but it seems like a lot for used tires. Goodyear online had quoted me at $530 (that didnt include installation) for 4 new tires. I had gone to Mr tires because they were listed as a place to get used tires.Back in Arizona I replaced all four tires on my SUV used and paid $250 for them, and the installation. I also feel like he tried to use fear of how unsafe it was to push me into a purchase that I told him I could not afford.Now he could have been doing it from a place of concern but the overall feel of my experience there is why I typically dont take care of things with my car unless I have a male friend or relative with me. Since I just moved to Maryland I dont really have that option right now, and this place gave me bad vibes. Like maybe I was about to get ripped off.I will say the reception area was extremely nice, and very clean. The guy was extremely polite and appeared to be trying to be helpful.

Customer service is awesome. The guy at the front desk made me feel right at home. They took care of my truck and gave me knowledge on what to do from here on out!!! I’d recommend these guys to anyone who needs vehicle maintenance.

Luckily this spot is right down from where I live. The moment I walked in Stu was very helpful with the questions I asked. I was expecting to have to drop my car off for the rest of the day but got all my tires and alignment checked in less than two hours. Very helpful staff!

Used to be the cheapest flat repair in that part of town now only offer inside patching only a little more expensive.

Mr, tire is not a safe place to make business or do tires changing, they stole my Samsung tablet while changing my tire, done trust them, theyre all thife, horrible tire shop.

Had 2 new tires and balance at the Hagerstown Mr tire. Somehow they didnt balance the two front tires right. I took it here which is closer to my house and they got it done right. Thanks again.

Very professional, and efficient service. Came in with a bad tire and they were able to assist me and have me checked out in under an hour. Stu was very proficient and adamant about my service and ensured I had the best service around.

I recently moved to the area and so this was my first time at this Mr. Tire location. I needed new tires for a while so I figured for black Friday I would take advantage of their buy 2 get 2 free sale. I should have read the fine print, it was not a deal at all. So, I left that day spending close to 1K on 4 new tires. I would be okay with that if it wasnt for what happened next. Not even 2 days later, I had a flat. I scheduled an appointment the next weekend to get it fixed. Not even a week later, a SECOND flat, now the back tire. Now, I should have asked them the second time why the heck my brand new tires were flat after weeks of having them but to be honest, that should be THEIR job to figure this out considering they are MR TIRE. So, I get my second tire fixed and kid you not the NEXT day, I have a 3rd flat. At this point I had driven on it for 40+ miles and was terrified to see that I was driving on a flat. I took it to a different location this time and they were smart enough to discover the problem in a matter of minutes. I am extremely frustrated by their negligence. My life was put in harms way and others on the road with me because of their ignorance and mistake they made putting on my tires in the first place and then to make it worse, not recognizing the problem the TWO times I had to come back in. I will not be returning and I hope someone takes the time to read this long post and proceeds with great caution if they are visiting this location.

Had tires replaced and I’m hoping they did a good job on it. The person I talked to was very nice and helpful no complaints about that. My issue is they left my car seat dirty which means they have no regards about other people’s properties. I won’t be coming back because of that.

They were very pleasant and easy to work with. My service writer handled my tire needs quickly and professionally. They changed and replace my tire in a professional manner. My Mr.Tire experience wasPainless. I highly recommend Mr.Tire.

I’ve been searching for a place to buy/install all tires on my car. It was a hassle, all needed appointments and the wait list was 3-4 weeks. I was even told that even though I set an appointment that I should called to make sure the tires I needed were in stock 🙄. Mr Tire in Gaithersburg was a God sent. Not only they offered same day appointment ( wait was less than 1 hour) the staff was very friendly and professional.

They never did the oil change also put a sticker with wrong miles. I returned just one week after because the light still in on the board for change oil. when I returned they didn’t know how many miles had my car and just put any number on the sticker. After 3 weeks my car had a bad smell fume, when I went to other place, they told me they never changed the oil. I lost my money, I dont recommend this place.

I went to Mr tire to get 2 new tires I got quoted from their website and that didn’t include taxes and fees and of course I got their and the quote somehow doubled. Didn’t care too much about that cause I just figured from my multiple experiences this is just what to expect. While I was their I figured might as well get my oil changed. After I left Mr tire I haven’t been able to open the hood of my car and got quoted around 2000 for new parts to my hood because of the damage Mr tire caused to my hood and upper radiator support. They have a service called lifetime break pads where after the first purchase you only have to pay for the labor, but the labor alone is the same price as buying break pads and having any other mechanic put them on. Would not recommend having them service your car for anything but tires and I would still be hesitant.

I always get my oil service here. They are fast and efficient. Super friendly.

Isaac helped me out today! I was on my way to pick my kids up and of course found out I had a nail in my tire. Stopped by my local gas station to get it plugged and apparently the nail had gone in a way that a plug wouldn’t be enough. The guy at the gas station recommended coming here. Told me they would take care of me. He was 100% correct! Not only did they squeeze me in so that I wouldn’t be late to pick my kids up but they did it with a smile and kind words. I will definitely be back!!!

This place was great - came in as a first time customer without calling ahead to get some new tires I badly needed. Issac was friendly and helpful, did not try to talk me into anything extra I didnt need, and was able to get me what I wanted, in and out in about 90 minutes even though the shop was busy and working with fewer staff due to COVID. Would definitely recommend for no nonsense!

The representative showcased the worst way to treat their customers. It looks like he was extremely unhappy to see a new customer as he wasnt interested to help and find out about the services that I inquired about. He claim to be an assistant manager of that branch. I normally do not go that branch and go to another nearby location. Instead of trying to help me and and showcasing exemplary service by stating they appreciate my business, and they will do everything in their power to help me in the best way that is possible according to their pricing and their discount policy to meet my service needs he was unable and refused to explain and was being rude and was annoyed to even inquire and look at other options to meet my multiple maintenance needs such as wheel alignment, tire change, transmission fuel changes. I received such a horrendous customer service who was clearly not happy to help a client. After going to their other locations where I regularly go and deal with Dwayne who was exemplary and knows how to treat a customer like me during my several interactions, and meet my needs by going over the pricing and services and explaining thoroughly and trying to provide me the discounted price where I am eligible, the other representative also flat out rejected me and told me to come back when Dwayne return, really? instead of even trying and mentioning that he knows Dwayne helps me but he will check my information in their systems and can assure me and will try to help as Dwayne does with best of his abilities according to their pricing and discount policies, he refused and told me come back again when Dwayne returns. Such a horrendous way to treat customers and retain business. I have moved on to NTB Tire Services and received much better services and with great customers service where I felt my needs were valued and respected. I will no longer go to Mr.Tire after going through similar experiences in two of their locations. I only hope that they learn the art of customer service like Dwayne.

I visited this place for an oil change. It took a little longer than I expected - almost an hour, for the whole thing. The other thing that concerned me was that, one of the two people at the counter was not wearing a mask in the begining and having a conversation with the other person quite loudly. He wore the mask later on after some time, but it made me feel unsafe given the high no. of covid cases around.

Hello,I have now been provided great service from this Mr. Tire location twice. The first time I was mainly assisted by Isaac back in December. I needed my break pads replaced on very short notice. I had to be somewhere the next morning very early and they did an amazing job! Second occasion is more recently when I was given great customer service from Chris. Chris played as a main advocate for me in assisting with the transmission replacement for my vehicle. He made sure he contacted my warranty company for me very fast and also remained consistent communication to make sure they provided Mr. Tire with the parts and all other needed information. I am so happy with their help! Overall 10/10

My wife left a tire to be fixed for a leak 4 days ago!!, since then when we call, we are told we will get a call back and we keep on waiting. Thank god we dont use the car much, but thats an extremely ineficiente service.

I went there after another technician worked on my GMC SUV and messed up my vehicle by not doing the work correctly which cost me dearly. I arrived at this location on 02/07/2019 for a basic oil change. While I didn’t have a appointment the manager was very nice and fit me in and also told me some other issues going on with my car. I was able to use a coupon and the experience was nice. I was treated well and the oil change was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend this location without hesitation and I will be back. These guys are great I arrived at this location three hours before my scheduled oil change today on 08/24/2020 to inquire if they could take my car early because I was in the area performing errands. The front desk clearly was great and my oil was changed hours before my appointment because they had some cancellations. The customer service was amazing and this is my favorite store for handling all of my car issues.

They were very busy this weekend with so many people starting to do more driving again, but they were able to squeeze us in for some new tires.

Went into the wrong Mr.Tire this morning but Mr. Isaac Berry who is the store manager at this location was kind enough to accommodate me this morning for my tire rotation. His customer service was outstanding and my morning was stress free today. 5 star rating without a doubt!

You can smell of their smoke of treir cigarrettes in the waitting area. I do not know why, maybe they smoke in the office and do not close the door but is a strong smell of cigars, that even my kids got anoyed of this.Thats the only bad thing.

Not my first time here. I feel like repeatedly providing great service matters, hence the review. As a female with limited car knowledge, Ive been really screwed over from some places, so Im always a little leery. But the staff at Mr. Tire at 126 N. Frederick were kind, efficient, helpful (helped unload the wheels and rims from my trunk, helped load them when done) and most importantly, treated me very similarly to what I assume my husband would experience: no bs, straight forward pricing, explaining what I was charged for per tire.

My car had a shaking problem and needed a dire oil change. I go to school in New Jersey and told my dad about my problem and without a second thought he advised me to go to this specific Mr. Tire. They’ve been so helpful and accommodating to him and with the best prices we’ve seen!! I’m most grateful for how they’ve managed to fit me in, despite me coming to them with my issues quite last minute. I was immediately seen when I came in and they immediately investigated my car. The gentleman (Isaac- I believe he manages all the MD/Mont County Locations) at the counter greeted us pleasantly immediately upon entering the store. I am a repeat customer and have recommended them to family and friends. They are knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to answer your questions. The manager is EXCELLENT and the techs are well trained and friendly. Ive come by in an emergency with a nail in my tire and they helped me right away. Ive also used them for routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments, and all the work exceeded my expectations. The service was extremely quick and efficient.But the best part was how friendly and patient they are. They answered all my questions and went into detail about the nature of the repair so that I could understand what had been done and actually learn from the experience. It was like a free class on top of the repair.In addition to the tire that needed patching, they also took notice of the fact that my other three tires were extremely overinflated for some reason and let some of the air out. This is an important safety issue (Im lucky to have not had a blowout), and I am so glad that they took the extra time to look out for me like that!If you need to wait while your car gets fixed, they advertise free wifi in the waiting room, which is great to get some extra work done and maximize efficiency. But if you want to relax, theyre right next to the Village Green, which is an equally delightful little establishment.Overall, if you want a convenient, personal experience, a thorough job, and to be totally in the loop about whats going on with your car, then this is the place you should go.

I had my best experience with buying tires yesterday. I had prices online printed out and a mr Stu was able to get pretty close to online prices. Best part was I was in and out in under 90 mins . This is the place for tires and service . I will definitely be back . Erik

They fixed a dent on my wheel that was preventing me from keeping on a hub cap. The gentlemen took a hammer and just bent it back into place. Isaac the gentlemen at the front was so helpful and very kind. I highly recommend this to anyone in the Gaithersburg area. Love this place!!!

Excellent Service - found nail in tire on an icy, snowy morning. I came in with no appointment and was out in under an hour. Isaac the store manager was very helpful in getting me in for service right away. Will definitely do business with them again.

I take my car to this location every time I need a repair. I trust that they will do what is right and not just recommend needless repairs. I have taken my car to another place before and was recommended that I need to change a part. I took it here for a second opinion and they said there was nothing wrong with it. The staff is friendly and they will get your car done in a timely manner and back out on the road.

My experience with Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers was top notch. The service was done efficiently, with quality-mindedness and effectiveness to customer satisfaction. Both Chris and Isaac deserve awards for their friendly and professional nature. I did not meet my service technician, but he made recommendations that were successful. I appreciated the service done and will refer others.

Saturday morning, at 7;30 waiting for the door to open. My daughter was home from school with some issues with her car. This was the only day to fix it, she was leaving Sunday. I called the Gaithersburg Mr. Tire a couple of days ago to get help about a tire warranty (I had 60k Good Year tires installed at this location and have only put 31k on them and they already need to be replaced). After some unclear questions (e.g. -- Did you buy road hazard insurance? If not, I dont think we can help you) and some prompting on my part, I was finally told to bring the vehicle in. Today, I drove 30 minutes to the store only to have the apparent manager on duty (first name begins with A) tell me that I needed to call to make an appointment. He said he couldnt look at my tires (all the way out there in the parking lot!) because he was the only one on duty. He was no help whatsoever, which was very frustrating.Ive used Mr. Tire for new tires 4 or 5 times in the past 10 years or so. Theyve always been somewhat sketchy (like the time I was promised a years worth of free oil changes with tire purchase, only to never receive even one -- something about being out of the necessary promotion forms), but after this, Ill never go back. If you want a much better experience and prefer Good Year tires, try Roll by Good Year. Theyll match Mr. Tires prices (including install) and offer a much better service experience.

I have been going to this location for years and couldnt be happier with the work they do and their outstanding customer service. I know if I bring my car in there for service it will get done right the first time and at a price that is reasonable and fair. Theyve rescued me on several occasions when Ive found nails or screws in my tire... fast, friendly and always there to help!

This was my first visit to this Mr Tire Service Center and I had one of the greatest experience getting work done on my car. I had a tire that was leaking air and brought it in for them to check. The service was fast, the staff were very professional and answered all my questions. Isaac was especially excellent in attending to the problem. Needless to say if I have tire issues in the future I will definitely bring my car to this location.

This tire center is absolutely the best. There service is truly exceptional. Mr. Shawn took my tire right away and recommended a nice breakfast area named Village Green Restaurant just outside of the center. Consistently great service! Months ago I purchased 4 new tires and 4 wheel alignment. The service was fast, friendly and very competitively priced. No problems with the workmanship either. I came back a few months later for an oil change and tire rotation. Once again the service was fantastic! Mr. Berry helped me both times.

Just had another great experience at Mr. Tire! I needed to have two cars serviced back to back and Isaac (store manager) worked with me to get things scheduled and serviced with my tight schedule. Always on time and courteous. Ill be back for sure!

Had work done here a few weeks ago and was very impressed by the thoughtful staff and the quality work. They got it done quickly and worked with me to make sure I only got done what was needed since it was a pricey repair. They patiently walked me through each step and let me make the decisions.Came back today for a check up on some new issues (old car, lots of issues), Issac Berry and his staff were extremely professional, got me in quickly and diagnosed the problems. The mechanic was straight forward and let me know that none of the issues needed to be fixed immediately if I was looking to save some money. No pressure to get it done, no scamming on pricing or work. This is an honest car shop that provides high quality service. Will definitely be coming back to them for all my maintenance.

I had a wonderful experience after making an appointment for an oil change in the Gaithersburg location. The service was outstanding and the change didn’t take as long as I thought. I also received a tire rotation and the price was reasonable. I plan to come back for new brake pads.

Great fast service on Saturday morning. Wheel alignment after strut and tire replacement took 45 minutes for $92 after coupon, which Issac applied kindly on trust. Respect! Will come back for my tire needs!

Love this place! My boyfriend and I have been here a couple of times when we need a quick tire fix. I walked into the shop with no appointment and they were able to help me right away. Isaac was very nice and helpful. As it turns out there was a tiny nail stuck in my tire and he and his team were able to spot it and fix it. Talk about that 20/20 vision!!

Ive been coming here for the last year for my oil changes. The staff here is absolutely amazing! They always make me feel like I am in good hands and will not be ripped off. I always get it when they explain what is wrong with my car because they make sure that they explain it in a way that I would understand.The best part is they always find ways to help me save, which I can definitely appreciate. I recently took my car in to this location for simple alignment only 4 months and maybe 2k miles after a previous alignment. They told me the reason the alignment went bad so early was because of damage to the front right. The previous shop to do my alignment failed to say anything about the damage and sent me on my way with basically a half done alignment.Mr. Tire did the best job they could. Excellent service and great people.

I went in to get a tire installed at 9:30AM and got out ~9:50AM. I am extremely satisfied with the speed that it was done at. Isaac was also very accommodating, kind, and helpful. Made me feel welcome and Id definitely go back if I need more service or different service done. Thank you to everyone at Mr. Tire who helped me out :)
