The sales department was very prompt in responding in scheduling an appointment to come in and look at the car. We went for a quick test drive and I was already sold. The car was in immaculate condition and all of it parts seemed well-maintained throughout. My sales person was Trevor. He was amazing! Trevor you’re amazing. He was calm this the entire time, very very laid-back and professional guy. He even answered my call on his day off LOL. Shortly after driving off the lot I realized there may have been an issue with it’s acceleration so I immediately was talking to the shop and the guys in the service department got right on repairs. They were diligent at working with neighboring dealerships to resolve the issue and offered a rental until repairs were finished. Thank you Richard and Holly! It wasn’t an ideal situation for any of us but together we made it work. Thank you Sheehy Gaithersburg!!!

He was both knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire transaction of purchasing a 2019 Ford Fusion. I have been a loyal Sheehy Ford Service customer for over 2 years, since September 2019 with no problems, until today. I returned to this service facility this morning even after moving out of the Gaithersburg/Montgomery county area. I will say that Cassidy is fantastic & I wish I could’ve worked with her again today. Instead I was helped by Joe. He informed me the service of my vehicle was totaling $1300…. I have never paid more than $200 at this place. I told him that was unacceptable & I wanted the service I always receive, which he could only bring down to $450. I have also never waited more than an hour & a half MAX for service to be completed. I dropped off my car at 7:45AM on a Thursday & he said it would be completed sometime in the afternoon. After they had my car for 3 hours, he called me again requesting more work be completed for an additional $130. I refused to spend any more money than the already over-charged rate I was. Upon check out, they wanted me to pay for a service that wasn’t even performed. This is the last thing I was expecting from this place & I will not be returning. Their service writers must have commission based salaries because I’ve never felt more deceived than I was today.

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car--from start to finish. I have been using Sheehy Ford for servicing my 2014 Explorer purchased from another dealership. Nick paid very close attention to all of the details of our order during the ordering process and carefully reviewed our options with us and answered questions as he built the order. During the long delay between ordering and receiving the vehicle (due to COVID supply lines NOT the dealership), Nick provided helpful updates and good communication. On the day of our pick up, he quickly reconciled a minor cosmetic issue so that we could go home with our new vehicle as planned. Overall, he and the staff of Sheehy Ford were a pleasure to work with.

Ryan Holland was simply wonderful to work with. Patient, quick to follow up and assist with our questions. While we did not wind up buying a car from Sheehy, I would not hesitate to go back and recommend others to work with Ryan.

As far as service center goes this place is THe worse. There is no costumer line so people just Stand all over .. out of 6 employees on sight only 1-2 help. Left 2 vehicles and promise 4 different dates for when it was going to be ready. Stay away from this place, at least from the service center.

I highly recommend working with Armik and Corey, who assisted me with securing an Expedition. As a former Mercedes owner, the level of service provided by Armik and Corey was equivalent to what I had experienced with Mercedes. The negotiation process was seamless and completed over email. I had a pretty great experience working with Will Jones at Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg. I had a lease expiring and was unsure of the next steps to take, whether to lease another car, buy a new car, etc. He talked me through the options without wasting my time and gave recommendations that worked out for my family and I. I sometimes go into car dealerships - and deal with car sales people - with a particular level of skepticism or pessimism. Will alleviated those concerns off the bat and seems to be a genuinely good guy with the consumer’s best interest in mind, and he knows his stuff. My wife and I have been looking for a new Ford Ranger and contacted multiple dealers. Clayton at Sheehy was the only salesperson among all the dealerships I contacted who didn’t push whatever stock they had (despite me specifying features/colors that we wanted), wasn’t requiring me to come in to discuss, and understood that my preferred communication method was over email and not random texts and emails of other models.Working with Clayton has been very stress free which, considering the car buying process in general, is surprising! After some emails back and forth, we met with him, discussed our options, and took a look at two options Clayton suggested: one would represent the features, and the other had the drivetrain that we wanted. I was shopping for a work truck and typically I am very apprehensive about coming to dealerships but since my hands were tied I decided to come in. The salesman was very Abdullah was very courteous attentive and respectful, I up front told him Im window shopping. I have no intention of buying anything!. but he amicably responded and took time to show me the latest F-150 and explained the different trims. Went to this dealership after the Kia dealership down the street tried to make me pay way more than what they had on the sticker and lowered price on website. Sheehy not only had a broad selection of cars that made it hard to choose from, but they were very honest and patient. Ended up getting 2021 Ford Bronco Sport and have loved it so far. I met a man named Ryan who was extremely helpful and knew almost everything about each car just by looking at it. The man doing the paperwork, Jason, was extremely knowledgeable as well and even got me some good discounts. Highly recommend.

I recently took my Lincoln MKC to Sheehy. My brother was an auto mechanic and shop owner for over 50 years, so I have been around car repair most of my life. Ive always preferred the independent garage over the dealer for service and personal attention, but some things are better left to the dealer. Such was the case with my Lincoln. Richard Read and the service department at Sheehy Ford/Lincoln did a great job of diagnosing, explaining, and repairing the issues with my car in a prompt and professional manner. My older cars will continue to go to the local independent shop but the Lincoln will go to Sheehy.

Recent my vehicle was detailed. I scheduled an appointment prior as appropriate. The appointment was schedule for 7 am, I was informed the detail would take approximately 5 hours. By 1 pm I phone Richard who mentioned that the car was just taken back and should be ready by 4 pm. By 5 pm, I still had not receive a call to pick up the vehicle, so I called the service department and was informed that they were putting the finishing touches on the vehicle to come pick it up. Upon arrival I took a look at the vehicle and notice that particles were still on the carpet and not vacuumed properly. The cup holders, pockets areas and vents were still sticky. Lacie the evening manager on duty had Sam come and clean the areas, but since the bay was not clear. The vehicle had to be detailed outside the service area as it began to rain. Lacie promised that the service manager would call me in the morning to follow-up, I never received a call at all. Richard was wonder and so was Sam, there customer service was outstanding. I will never ever come to Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg for any reason at all. I alerted my social media family of what to expect should to receive a detail at this location. Never again, what a waste of time and money, it’s doesn’t take 9 hours to detail a vehicle. The VIP thats offered there is complete garbage when it comes to detailing.

I recently bought and F-150 from Sheehy Ford. Everyone at Sheehy was incredibly nice and very helpful, especially Marcus Beverly, their sales rep (highly recommend). At no point in the process did I feel pressured and they were very candid regarding terms/price (even if it didnt seem to suit the dealers interests). Im a lawyer in a highly-regulated industry, and Sheehy would have received top marks even under those sets of standards! Well-done.

$20k markup on the new Ford Mach E GT is ridiculous. This dealership is a scam and are afraid of going irrelevant. Once Ford does direct sales to customers, the dealership model will disappear for good! Good riddance!

I worked with Clay to purchase my vehicle. He promptly contacted me after I submitted an online request for information on a vehicle on their lot. He was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with through the entire process. He and his manager, Alex, worked out a deal I was happy with and even took time to explain all the figures and allowable rebates based on if I financed with them. Bernie in finance was also great to work with. He was able to get me a better rate and the maximum rebates!

Recently I tried to buy a Ford Mach e with them and sales agent Michael Jarvis is really the best sales person I have seen in any of the Car dealerships. He was very patient and helpful showing all the features and made us comfortable with the whole experience. If I wanted to buy a lincoln or a Ford in future I know I am going to buy it here.

I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and there is only one other place I would give five starts to and they are located in St. Augustine, FL. With Covid I was expecting a little harder of a time. This dealership worked with me through email and two phone calls. The only thing we went to the dealership for is to sign the papers. Andre is our sales person and everything he did was perfect! Bernie works in finance and he was able to get a a GREAT rate and streamlined everything! The dealership itself is very clean and they are following all Covid protocols. If your in the market for a new, or used vehicle, this is the only place in MD I would recommend!! Great car buying experience. Gus & Rez took wonderful care of me and my wife, who also had to bring our 18 month old.. Anybody who has ever gone car shopping with a toddler knows, its not easy. My teenager had been researching used cars and found one in his very low price range at Sheehy Ford. Ive never owned Ford cars, but a family member had good experiences with the dealership so we decided to check it out. After warning my son not expect a decent car at that price, and to not expect me to support a purchase that day, we went to take a look. We were both incredibly surprised at the great condition of the car - it was beautiful, clean, and really fun to drive. Our sales consultant, Clay ONeill, was fantastic - very knowledgeable and low-key. Honestly it was the most pleasant car-buying experience Ive ever had. We decided to purchase the car on the spot so we wouldnt lose the opportunity, and my son has been thrilled with the car.

I have bought Ford Transit Cargo Van from Sheehy Ford a week ago. Initially Ive used auto.com to find the van that fits to my needs and they referred me to Sheehy. The whole buying process at Sheehy was simple and straight including preliminary negotiation, arranging the visit and drive test even if I located in different state. After the purchase, the van was thoroughly cleaned and washed before the delivery even if it was the new van. Sheehy has also arranged transportation of my van to my state at reasonable price by third party. I would highly recommend Sheehy Ford based on my experience.

I had the luxury of working with Mike Zeller on the purchase of my certified pre-owned Ford explorer SUV. He was an outstanding, professional, and very funny sales rep. Made the process very seamless, didnt waste time trying to upsell, gave the facts about the vehicle and pricing information. The financing process was seamless as well. Overall time to do the deal in the dealership took 2 and 1/2 hours plus 1/2 hour test drive. End up the car and brought it out shiny and new, and made arrangements for the locksmith to come to my home to program a second key, which happened the following day. Only thing is that the windshield wipers scrape really bad so I will have to call about that, otherwise, Im extremely happy with the process and my purchase. Would absolutely recommend Mike to my friends and family.
