Bath & Floor Stiles did a great job on remodeling two of our bathrooms. Jemil showed us excellent customer service and was extremely helpful to us in selecting the various elements of the remodel. They were also extremely reliable during the work. They showed up on the promised day and worked everyday until the work was done. And it was done in an extremely timely manner. The crew was considerate and, more importantly, clean every day during the work and after they left for the day. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them.

Finding the right remodeling company, designer and contractor is a very challenging task. Finding the company that can do it all and has the right products is almost impossible. After years of not executing on our bathroom and flooring projects we finally met Jemil and Tony from Bath & Floor Stiles. From our first discussion they were amazing helping us designing and finding the right products right in their Kentlands showroom. Before meeting them we got lost in football field sized tile and bath stores with hyper sales personnel tiring us out and confusing us. Not with Bath & Floor Stiles, Jemil and Tony. With their team of tradesmen they executed on time and perfectly. Since our projects reached level of complexity such as moving walls, installing freestanding bubble bathtub, steam shower etc. they also organized and obtained all permits thus making sure everything done to code and no future surprises during home inspection selling the house. We highly recommend using Bath & Floor Stiles.

Worked with Jemil and his team on a big kitchen (incl flooring, painting, redoing nearby fireplace and staircase) and master bath renovation in our new home. They did a wonderful job, and they were honest, hardworking, creative and patient. Id work with them again in a heartbeat.

Bath & Floor Stiles just completed the total renovation of our kitchen, attached laundry area and powder room. Everything was gutted and replaced (floors, toilet, cabinets/counters/sinks, lighting, appliance installation, wallpaper removal, painting etc.) in about 3 weeks. To ease the inconvenience our refrigerator was placed in an adjacent room until the new one could be installed. Though we worked mostly with Jemil, Tony helped if Jemil was unavailable. The outstanding installation crew was on time and cleaned up prior to leaving every evening. We could not be happier with the result and highly recommend them.

We walked in when the store was empty and there was one guy working sitting at a table. He didnt seem interested in helping us at all and never got up or welcomed us.Finally we went over to talk to him. We were told they wont give us a written estimate, but theyll give us an invoice once we decided to move forward. I guess youre just supposed to trust them that theyll stick to the price they verbally tell you.We were also told you need to buy the materials through them and they wont allow you to purchase materials from anyone else.Not great service so we decided to go elsewhere.

A friend of mine referred me here. The guy was very rude. Was extremely uninterested and couldnt be bothered with what I was looking for. Probably because I wasnt decked out to the nines but its hot and Ive been moving all day. Will take my business and money elsewhere.

We are very pleased with the work . We did not know Tony before and, honestly, were a bit nervous at the beginning . However our bathroom remodeling, which was a quite complex project, was done very professionally. Tony’s recommendations were practical and tasteful . Tony carrys good lines of products and provides qualified plumbers, electricians and tiles workers. It would be an arduous project streached for months if we had to plan, buy products and hire workers ourselves, and it would not be necessarily cheeper. Yes, we recommend

Had a great experience working with Jemil and Tony at Bath & Floor Stiles in(Kentlands) Gaithersburg, MD. We were looking to upgrade flooring in our townhouse and one of our neighbors recommended Bath & Stiles who just finished installing hardwood floors in their home. After visiting several stores in the area we decided to use Bath & Stiles because they had the products we liked and provided suggestions we hadnt thought of.Installation was scheduled and completed on schedule even though one room had a complex wall unit that had to be taken apart and reassembled. During the next year we decided to remodel 3 bathrooms, used Bath & Floor Stiles and had an equally positive experience. Work was scheduled and professionally completed on time. Jemil and Tony are a pleasure to work with and are always available to discuss any questions and or changes that we are considering.We are now in the midst of a kitchen remodeling with them.
