The printers/copiers never work here, even after they upgraded them. Its kind of amazing in this day and age.

Poorly stocked and bad customer service. One staffer didnt even help me find a cable, just radioed for someone else. While I was waiting I Googled best Best Buy and they had in stock so I left... On the way out, the cashier said have a nice day. In and out with cable and an assist in 2 minutes at Best Buy.

If there were a number less than 1, that would be the Star Id give this store location. Ordered Business cards standard govt and uploaded the File and some very rude representative of the store called me attempting to upset me to their design team and hung up on me after I asked her to call back as I was already on a call. Showed up a few days later and she was the rudest representative (Obviously still mad from hanging up on me) of any organization Ive seen in a very long time. She seemed very disinterested in providing a service Id paid for and. AFTER you dont have to...I wouldnt shop at this location. I refuse to believe that this is whats acceptable by Such a large company as Staples. This Employee in the Print area is unacceptable-1 Star for my experience in their value chain.

I went in and only one printer was open to public, so it was a line with two women in fron of me, the first one delay a lot on the printer and later thr employe help her and didnt charge her as courtesy cause the delay, the then make me the print in wrong size because her manager push her because she told me come later for your three copies but was giving attention to a woman than was after me, I was in a hurry and just has to go with my wrong size copy and ask if I can go but she wanted to charge me (after shr take care of the woman behind me); my question is because Im a man or something else...? I throw $ 50 bucks to dont discuss more (that later I went to pick up) terrible discriminating I felt...

Despite the ongoing pandemic and the companys policy, this store apparently does not care if customers are wearing masks or not. The sign on the door is apparently more of a suggestion at the Gaithersburg Staples for anyone wondering.

Bought a desk and a hard drive about a year ago, a very nice desk chair 9 months ago, and a desk about a week ago.

Absolutely horrible customer service with Store Manager and cashier. Honestly both should stay home instead of helping customers. Our office ordered a product during COVID and we received the wrong item. We tried to exchange for the correct product in store. The process should have been easily resolved however the manager and cashier did not give us the amount we paid for the item on-line and would not let us exchange for the correct product. We were told everything had to be done on-line and the store would not make exchanges. The store has the same exact item ( Staples Brand) that we purchased online but the store manager refused to help us with the return. He was rude, arrogant, and offensive.I would not shop there. If you need to go to Staples find another store.

Wish I can rate this place with zero stars. Worst customer experiences ever. They refuse to treat people with the most basic respect. I escalated my complaints to the headquarters of Staples. Thought I was trying to help them improve their management and make the world a better place. You know what? They dont care. Im done with Staples.Wont be surprised if Staples go bankruptcy within the coming years. They absolute deserve it.

Your usual Staples. Easy parking. Well stocked (before the rush of mid August). No lines in register this time around. Electronic section lacking. Somehow the one on Rockville Pike is more inviting. Good shopping experience. Awaiting the price drop and inventory clearance of mid September.

Came in for a printer & left beyond happy! Kebba helped me find exactly what I was looking for within my budget! At checkout, Bianca was an absolutely pleasure. She was very welcoming and suggested the protection plan so that I could enjoy my printer without worries!

This store goes beyond expectations to treat their customers well. Aby in the shipping center was great. The store manager on duty tonight was the friendliest I have ever encountered. It is people like these that make this Staples the best I have ever visited. I recommend this location without reservation. I will buy all my office supplies from here going forward.

The worst customer service around. Step 1- teach your employees to speak up on the phone. Step 2-tell your employees to not lie on the phone. If you don’t have the product, don’t tell us you do so that we waste 45minutes of our time and gas money etc driving out to you to find that you are sold out of the product. Step 3- fire the glasses wearing red hair guy. Think he had a ponytail. THE WORST employee I’ve seen at a store in a long while. Not helpful, disrespectful, and offered zero solutions to a problem that could have been fixed by- wait for it Staples management- an up-sell!! Yep, instead of giving me a solution to my problem and earning extra money for this store, these employees version of customer service consists of shoving my product back in my face and telling me there’s nothing they can do. No wonder stores like this are going out of business. Btw, I waited a couple weeks till I wrote this so I could cool off. I’ll be getting my soda stream bottles at target thank you very much

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They have ripped me off completely, then basically laughed about it as well. The obese woman acting as a manager is a complete disgrace. They charged me $6.29 to print one page and scan one page. They charge 5$ initially, claiming that this is only a test payment and will be immediately returned to my account. It wasnt. Then I was also charged the 1.29 I should only been charged in total. The obese woman I reported this to just told me this didnt happen. I asked are you calling me I lair, she again said it didnt happen. I have the proof and yet they just laughed at me and said well it hasnt happened before. I also purchased a chair from here and had it delivered. It was faulty. I reported this to them, showing them my receipt. Once again that same obese woman came over and said I didnt purchase that here, I said yes I did how else do you think I have the receipt from here. She said if I want anything done I have to carry the chair down to them. This is not over with. I am not going to tolerate being robbed by that store and I am not going to tolerate being spoken to like that by that disgusting obese woman.

I cant believe some specific people working in the service area of the store have jobs. They act like youre bothering them when they have to do their job. I guess having an employee that actually does their work is too much to ask for these day because whoevers allowing it obviously doesnt care. There are however some good employees.Staples is weird because some things are priced really well & great deals, while others as more expensive. So for the deals I do get, Im appreciative.

Ive never had such a bad experience in any other stores in my whole life. The store was poorly managed. The staff there literally acted as if they were lawless and ungoverned and can insult and humiliate anyone as they wish! The self-claimed store manager Brittany was incredibly RUDE and LOW. When I made a complaint to her, she literally kicked me out of the store by kept repeating GO, GO, GO....... I dont understand why Staples would hire a high school dropout who has zero manners and respect towards others as their managers! No wonder Staples is going down the drain.

Today I went in to buy envelopes. When I got to the cash register the cashier, Ms Tiffany remembered me. She had helped me make my graduation invitations for my daughters college graduation. She even asked how was the party. She even joked with me and asked where her plate was. Such a nice helpful lady. I always go to Staples for my office and personnel needs.

The screenshot of this stores review showing an F was cute that just about sums it up. The stores well-kept very bright and clean the shelves are stocked comma prices are expensive and nobody wants to help you and everybody has an attitude. I dont know how the place stays open it did better before when it was a Safeway. The only reason we go there is to buy emergency toner or ink jet printer womens out they do scare it in stock and it is expensive.

Today I had the best customer service from Tiffaney in the Gaithersburg store. She assisted me by finding a resuced rate for my item. She was pleasant, helpful, and the best person to deal with customers. I will come back to this store if I can interact with her again.

Great customer service, professional, fast, efficient, and friendly. I got my Nexus La-Z-Boy executive chair for the $150 price that the Germantown store would not honor. I recommend this chair for anyone who works at a computer for long hours or sits for long hours, treat yourself or someone you love for Christmas, and you will be thankful. And they do in-store Assembly for about $15, even though I assembled this one myself.

The only reason I went here was to print some Avery labels, so I hopped on their computer and I was charged the time it took me to discover that they have an outdated Windows IE (and no other browser options) so I couldnt use Averys service. The lady at the desk gave me a USB to save the file from my laptop, but it was online so I had to use their Internet...which didnt work. So I left with no labels for my conference and no alternative option. Office Max is looking pretty good

I spent nearly $400 trying to set up my new office. I was told the chair that I ordered online in the store, due to lack of inventory on a promotional sale, would be delivered by Monday, Tuesday at the latest. It is now Tuesday and they still have not shipped it out from halfway across the country. Looks like I will continue to work out of my truck until then.

Came in to scan one page and am still here. Scanner took my money, then proceeded to take over 15 minutes (and going) to scan a single page without giving me the opportunity to cancel the job. When I asked an employee if there was something wrong, I was told that scanning usually takes this long. Feels like I wasted my time. If it takes this long to scan a document they shouldn’t provide this service at all, or at least warn costumers of the time it takes.

Went here to print something, I would not recommend at all. The printers are really slow, and the customer service was lacking. I was clearly having problems printing, but I was offered no additional help. It is also expensive here, except for back to school specials.

Staff at this Staples is helpful and very professional. I used the print center and everything was accomplished with ease.

They always have what I need even on Sundays. I have received excellent personal service from the on duty managers on two separate occasions with my ordering needs.

The have handicap spots but they have no ramp. Im pretty sure that is illegal. Plus office depot is better.

This particular time was not the best experience. In fact, it was the worst! I usually come in to get stuff done, this particular experience, it sucked. However, I will still come to get what I need, because the staff there is good. But this particular time, it was far below average. Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service. After 20m waited for her, i tried to call her and she said!! Wait a moment because she is on her cellular phone. The print machine is very slow and i cant edit the pic cost me .66 for 1 color copy and is very small like a penny size. Yes i paid .66 for this small copy and she never finish her personal call

Needed receipt books and monthly ledger for club transactions. Found what I needed and coffee, too. Also candy for group meeting.

This location is by far the best location in the area. Customer service is the key and they deliver.
