Every time I have shopped there all of the employees have been amazing. They helped me purchase a bracelet, pendants and a custom grill. Everyone is friendly and cordially, they work with the budget of what you want to spend or help you find value in a specific type of piece you may be interested in. I will continue my business with them because their customer service from the beautiful young lady that’s in sales, the gentleman who assisted in the grill purchase and the manager all individually took their time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases.

As a new costumer to jewelry stores, they were very untransparent and inexplicit about all the parameters of buying a ring. I was not told everything that was going to happen with the information that I provided to them. My personal information was thrown around like it was a hot potato and requests for credit raising and credit cards that I didn’t want were made which really hurt my credit score. I am disappointed with the treatment I received from this Jeweler who made all the deals sound so good, but pushed their agenda so quickly and forcefully that it near gave me an anxiety attack. I regret going here in the first place. They are act kindly and feign care, but instead of this, I felt mistreated by them. Instant red flag. Outwardly they wear sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves. Please don’t go here if you are inexperienced as a jewel shopper, you’ll get swindled no matter how good the deal. If you know what your doing, go for it; they are just like any other mall salesmen.

Best jewelers in town. Unbeatable deals, wonderful customer service. Sushil is friendly and knowledgeable in the product. I would recommend him and the store many times over!

This place is horrible!! My husband bought me a upgrade to my engagement ring here, him not know about jewelry and the worth he did his best ! I met him at the mall 30 min after he purchased the ring and he gave it to me I was super excited but noticed something wasn’t right ! I insisted we went someone in the mall and have it tested and weighed seeing I couldn’t read if it was stamped 10k, 14kt etc! It was 10k but not at all value worth of what he paid $265.00 it was more valued at $120.00 so I politely go to return it and come to find out not even a hour later with receipt can I return it! Long story short the worker there lied and said he would refund me once security and my husband got there totally not the truth ! This place is getting over on people who do not know about jewelers! What they are doing to people isn’t right at all and I promise I will not let this go ! I am calling and getting the next steps I need to have to have this place out of business ! With receipt and a hour later, never left the mall I cannot return the merchandise that is insane but that’s because they are getting over on people is why it’s no returns ! Sad but I won’t stop until I have answers or my money returned to me ! DO NOT SHOP HERE PLEASEE
