They are so nice and helpful

Im very impressed with the doctor treating my mom, her name is Cynthia and she is very caring and loving. She has the human touch that unfortunately most doctors doctors dont have these days. She is amazing and always brings joy to our appointments.

This location is very terrible I cant get in touch with nobody I called two times to speak to my doctor and still no call back and when I do try to call back its 30 to 40 minutes wait . why cant nobody pick up the phone I tried calling the last time I was there and still nobody answered the phone its unbelievable The staff is terrible front desk is terrible. I am very concerned about a vitamin D pill that I clearly told the doctor it says do not use while being pregnant and she 100% percent guaranteed me I wasnt. The reason why am calling but no pick up so if I am pregnant and these ladies were on unresponsible to pass my message to my doctor then there is going to be problems. And Im definitely changing my insurance

Horrible front desk, horrible staff. I always get stared down when I go there its truly annoying. They take FOREVER to see my kids. Every time I call its like no one is at the front desk or theyre just talking like a ways and ignoring their clients. These ladies need training and so does the back room staff. I wouldnt even give it a STAR rating. Horrible point blank.

Front desk needs improvement. Three people waiting to sign in and staff in back chatting away. And the back office personnel need to be reminded to call their patients to the exam room?!Good thing the doctor is great.

This is a WIC OFFICE.... lol Most of the people reviewing the WALK IN CLINIC in Gaithersburg. The WIC OFFICE, is a great location and the staff are friendly and super helpful! They pick up the phone and the wait times in the office are super quick! Last 5 months till my kid turns 5! Almost the cut off... lol will miss coming here! Thanks for all the great help!

I love the doctors. Getting passed the waiting room is a challange . Every time I go for a check up or sick visit, i wait 1 hour to be called in for vitals. Then another hour while the doctor comes in. Maximim time i have spent so far in 1 visit, 3 hours.

Great doctors and counseling services but FRONT DESK needs to be far more attentive and alert. I was 15 minutes late into a counseling appointment because one of the woman in the front forgot to notify her I was here!!

They obviously need more people to answer phones. Ive called for a whole month and nobody has answered the phone. Its RIDICULOUS!

Oh my god horrible front desk attention it takes for ever for then to answer when you called to make an appointment I had to wait more than 20 minutes and they still don’t answer really poor staff attention on answering call also when you have an appointment you still have to wait 30 minutes for then to called you aren’t you supposed to go in faster because you have an appointment I am really disappointed I been going here years but no it better to get your kids to others clinics that are way better
