Very impressed with products, but above all the service and the education to customers!!2 younger guy and a girl were very patient and answered all my questions, recommended what I needed and not the expensive options.I compered their price online and they by far better!!Definitely be back for more.

This business doesnt even deserve 1 star. I would give then 0 and not 1 star. The old man who is in charge at the front and give a good customer service is not doing it right. When I went there to ask a question about a part I needed he was not polite and professional. He was screaming and seemed annoyed, he was very unprofessional. I went a second time in that place and this man had the same terrible attitude and It was like he wanted me out of the store as soon as possible. Definitely I will not go back to that place. In my opinion they should not be in business. Customers dont deserve to be treated like that.

Every visit is a pleasure. They’ve also sent me free products. It doesn’t get any better.

Customer service is horrible, the old man in the front isn’t very professional. I stood at the counter, and he had his back to me talking on the phone. He stayed talking on the phone the entire transaction with me. He never handed me my card back, he placed it on the counter. Once he got my signature for the receipt he didn’t say anything to me. Never addressed me at all really. Horrible experience.

Great products along with fast & accurate service.

I have been using the cleaner solution for years. Great staff and very knowledgeable also have had my equipment repaired and they run better then new. I highly recommend using them for any interior detailing cleaning or residential carpet cleaning.

I dont know where to start i used this business services cleaners solution, they just still my money and spend my time without to update me with anything i leave my air care machine more then 3 weeks almost a month the owner don he charge me almost 300$ just to fix the air duct machine wheels and he didnt fix the problem.The costumer service in this store is the worst ever ever ever ever he talk to the costumer like they was a trash, he not explain anything. Even when my machine was ready like he said he not even call me to say hey your machine is ready for pickup, i will not use him service anymore the guy that he work with him he is unprofessional with carpet and air duct machine in the beginning he told me that the wheels are fix and good to go but i left the machine for another week its not normal he dont know how to fix staff i just to my machine i paid the 300$ amount and i left because i dont want to make another problem with my machine or make another damage .I send all the information to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) they need to know about this business also i post my case in all the air duct and carpet technician websites and forum, also Facebook and Instagram i will make sure that a lot of technician will beBe careful from this store cleaners solution in Bethesda.201 Perry Parkway, Suite #1Gaithersburg, MD 20877Just remember very very bad costumer service And poor job .Be careful guys.

One of the best places to serve your truckmount. They took care of the machine the same day i got there. I dont think you can find a better person to take care of your truckmount than Jay! Also they have one of the bigest selection of carpet cleaning products i did see on displays in different carpet cleaning stores.
