Great place to get korean food items and its really budget friendly!

Went to 3 International grocery stores today and Lotte market was the best by far. Clean, well stocked and great variety. I was able to find what I was looking for that the other 2 stores did not have. I will start at Lotte from now on.

A couple years ago, my mom and I was buying some items and the cashier literally made fun of my mom because she didn’t easily get how to pay. She like talked to the cashier next to her and mocked my mom. Sometimes the cashiers are rude wow

This place is Fantastic!. The store was clean, and well organized. The food is fresh and people friendly and helpful. And you can find things not offered in other stores at great prices. Love this place.

Their fruit for some reason has no flavor. Ive purchased their Peaches, Nectarines, Plums. They look good, but when you bite into them they are not juicy and are bland. This has occurred 3 times over the past several months.

Terrible customer service the hours of operation says 9:00 am - 9:00 pm I arrived 15 minutes before closing time I wanted to buy I few things and go I wasn’t planning on staying long. I was expecting a more serious and competitive supermarket location but they just don’t care that we customers depends on these essential establishments. Before I got to the door the representative ran and locked the door to me and a few other fellows. I hope the Mgr of this supermarket can see my observation and take actions so that you won’t have unsatisfied customers in the near future.

This is the no frills Korean / Asian market in the area. The location was Weis Market many years ago and some of the in-store signage adorns the wall. The fact that they havent removed the old in-store signs that have no relation to what is now available gives you an idea of what the store is like in terms of being frugal and run down. But its convenient, generally well stocked, and has a good produce section.

The food from the food court is really good! I have been going there every week and never disappointed. Highly recommended if you want decent korean food nearby.

This is the only Asian store where you find all kind of Asian food, fresh and lots of variety. If you don’t find it in Lotte Chantilly you won’t find it in any other Asian store. Once you shop here, you won’t like any other Asian store. The vegetables are more fresh and have lots of variety

No frills, just good produce and nice selection of items

I guess I got there too early. The staff was still cleaning the fresh fish area. So i purchased the recently frozen variety. Not a problem.

I was looking for soursop but they didnt have it. They usually have everything else I need.

Not a horrible place to shop but they sell expired foods. They sold tofu that is expired 1-2 days. I should have checked the expiration date but forgot for this one which is expired for five days (bought on 5/21.) Although it says “best before,” the past date still suggests they are not fresh.

Great convenient store located In festival shopping center. There is variety of international items and the prices are good too. The registers are always quick one star taken off as sometimes the customer server can be a little basic.

Theyve got a lot of variety of what I want in terms of food item...and less expensive for the most part.

I went there 30 mins. before closing on a Sunday night. Very few shoppers, easy to social distance. The store was well-stocked as usual.

I have been shopping here for a few years now. The variety of vegetables is astounding. The store is enormous. One can possibly get any groceries here. Staff is quick with their service.

DONT SHOP HERE--POOR SERVICE AND COVID UNSAFE.. This place has gone seriously downhill. I used to shop here all the time because of the produce and fish variety, but the last few experiences have been so disturbing that I will not shop here again. Many other ethnic stores in the area are now better options.Last week, on a busy afternoon, they had only 2 checkouts open, with people lining up in the aisles to pay all the way back to the seafood area. A few people were trying to go to the customer service counter to ask the manager to open more checkouts, but they couldnt find anyone. One lady asked an employee that she finally found who said she couldnt do anything about it, and that there was no manager on duty. What kind of a large grocery store is run on a busy afternoon without a manager on duty?Under the current covid conditions, it was difficult and scary for people because they were getting congested in the aisles with their carts waiting to pay while other shoppers were trying to squeeze into shop in the same aisles. There were employees stocking the aisles at the same time, with their masks below their noses, and no interest in helping customers. This is a store that takes zero covid protections. There are no hand sanitizers anywhere, and people are constantly packed in the store.After all that waiting in the aisle I came home with a couple of large containers of yogurt that sill had a month left for expiration, but when I opened them, the yogurt had gone bad. Clearly, somewhere it didnt get refrigerated or deal with properly. I took them back to the store and they would not take them back for refund or exchange. Really poor service. I just see no reason to shop here anymore to get poor service, bad products and unsafe environment. There are many other better options.

I love lotte because you can find pretty much everything that you want.however this location have a poor customer service, Im always disappointed about that and they are definitely not friendly at all.

Fruits I bought apples fuji and especially Korean pears all rot to watery.

Great for all your Asian grocery needs. They carry meats that are not found at Giant or Safeway (sweet breads, tongue,heart,etc). Also carry Latino groceries and fresh seafood.

You better know what you are looking for before going in there. Its a whole new world there 😂😂 you might get lost with all of the options. The staff does know where things are tho and are very helpful.You might discover new things... so go ahead n give them a visit.

You can get out of there for about $10/bag.If you have the time, go on a weekend and there are a lovely cadre of ladies demoing food that I could never read the bags to know to try.Also, be aware of the impulse buys by the registers; it is very rare that I find something there I do not like

A frequent stop when I need specific hard to find ingredients for a recipe Im trying, or something more interesting for a quick dinner than most local grocery stores. I do get frustrated with the quality of their produce, but the shelf goods are fine.

Lots of Vegetables and fishes options with good price

Its a Korean grocery store with lots of Asian vegetables and supplies as well as other ethnic products such as Indian and Latin American products. They have good meat and fish selections as well. The reason I give 3-stars is because some of the produce and fish are not that fresh and the store is not that clean.

Excelent food

Great place for veggies and fruit. Selections are fresh and so much variety. Also love the seafood department and enjoy the marinated rib eye for bulgolgi. Having lived in Japan, Lotte is my go to if I am craving any Asian food snacks that your Western grocers just dont carry.

Fresh fish, lots of spices and goodies to try. They also have many items from international markets. Their produce is outstanding and less expensive than the big chains.

Much cleaner than chinese grocery stores, and less of that fish smell. Great selection of home style Korean dishes, though the amount of refrigeration is not adequate for food thats sitting in saran wrap for sometimes the entire day. Huge selection of international foods, including what seems like older stocks of American brands that you can get fresher at another grocery store. This is the best place to try something new.

Vegetables are very expensive, but good places to buy groceries

Good produce/fruits. Grocery? Not much to comment. Meat/fish, fresh? Better than most markets, but not better than other Asian markets in the area.

Lots of stuff just not the cleanest

This Lotte is great! It has a food court, its clean, it has fresh seafood, etc. etc. etc. Its got a little bit of everything. We go here once a week to stock up on food.

I go there for fresh veggies and fruits of a broad a variety. Items are fresh and of good quality, and prices are great.The Checkout Staff, however, is borderline rude... They sure could use going s a Charm School for a crash course in basic manners.I can hardly wait to get out of there... and do so fast.

I loved this market for its cleanness and products!

I only go here for halal chicken and beef options since its close to my house. The supplier has a certificate hanging next to the products for verification. The supermarket floors are not clean and they always have 2-3 registers open for 20-30 customers. You can’t find anyone on the floor if you have any questions.

Worst service I ever experienced, it says closing time is 10pm I’m at the entrance at 9:45pm and the entrance door was locked from inside even though I’m waiting the hand to the employees they just ignore. What’s the point business when you don’t have punctuality. Moreover finally when I was able to enter the store from the exit door with the help of one the other co-customer. They say that they were close but the time still 9:50pm & I asked for manager replied back carelessly saying manager no there. Worst customer service and response. What’s the point in running the business where you don’t respect the customer or no punctuality or service. Such a disgusting experience at the store.

I love this place! They say they are a Korean market, but it really is an international market. So many different spices, vegetables, sauces and such. Best feature, I can buy my octopus there. Yum.

Has the most selection out of all the Asian grocery in the five mile radius. Also the cleanest and most organized. The Korean restaurant in the food court is also very tasty. Its a little more expensive than the other Asian grocery in the area. But the quality seems to be higher as well.

Upon informed, sale clerk goes out to remove sale post and told customer not on sale. This store practices deceptive pricing with trusting customers. Always check your receipt.

Perfect place to shop for groceries.

Repeatedly seeing issues with the Quality of the vegetables and fruits is very poor. Purchased pomegranates from this store and ALL of them turned out totally rotten from inside. They look shining red from outside and you have no idea. We will not go back here.

The worker behind the fish market did not know why the lobster had two different prices when I asked he got very upset and yell at me
