Today I visited three nurseries and hands down beyond thankful to have stopped here....Cassie (truly hope I didn’t spell her name wrong) provided the BEST customer service.From the moment Cassie greeted me to walking me around the nursery and suggesting items to walking me to the car - she went above and beyond. It was my first time but definitely not me last.

I’m giving a 3 star rating because they need to work on their quantity measuring. We ordered a 4 yard mix of two different soils, but we probably received closer to 3.5 yards. When using our actual raised garden bed measurements, a full load to the rim of the bed would have been 3.6 yards. The dirt didn’t even fill the bed to the top so I think we got shorted by a pretty good amount considering we ordered 4 yards. The dirt does appear to be good quality, but beware you may need to order a lot more than you think if they measure all loads the way they measured ours.

Lots of options for what I was looking for, reasonably priced, nice and helpful folks.

Ive had a hard time finding a good supplier for bulk landscaping stuff but grey goose is now my preferred supplier. Compared to other places i tried, much better customer service on the order, great and flexible delivery (today was 10 yards of natural mulch), great price, great product.

Purchased a Serafina fire pit kit at the suggestion of a friend who deals with gray goose for landscaping. After looking around at multiple options, settled on this kit for aesthetics, quality and simplicity. Pricing was great as was pickup - forklifted onto trailer and towed home. Looks and performs great, love the size and depth.

We bought 3 cubic yards of topsoil couple years ago. I asked them if the topsoil good to put in the pots and plant vegetables. They said yes, it is very good topsoil, save for plants . After the first rain the water did not come through the soil and stay at the pots for several days. It become as a clay. If course, nothing grow there. Worth, we bought is to reseed the lawn and we got tons of crabgrass growing. Crabrass actually was the only thing which was able to survive in the pots. Now, two years later we try everything: crabgrass blocker, reseed the lawn and still struggling with it.

This is a great nursery to service all of your landscape and hardscape needs around your home. Very nice people and reasonable prices. The thg have a great quantity and quality of trees, guaranteed (nursery raised). Highly recommended! Go see Don, he will give you the best service!

After buy the tree from grey goose, I found this is a sick tree. A lot of leaves are fall down, holes on any leaves with white points. After check other maple trees from grey goose, they looks fine. We go to see manager with this sick tree, she said no return and no exchange. We have to bring this sick tree back. Please take care this farm, just bought 2 days, they will no issue return and exchange. I will send this tree to do evaluation and prepare for the law suit. Bad experience. Get away from this shop!

I always get our bulk mulch from Grey Goose. I ordered too much this year and shared with the neighbors. I think they may have a couple new customers next spring! Great products, Great people!Thanks,Calleen

Nice selection and helpful staff but BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Unlike most nurseries in the area the DO NOT WARRANTY any of their trees so you may end up out serious money if you get a bad tree.

The owners were friendly and helpful. The Grey Goose Farm sells everything you need to garden including lawn, weed, and feed fertilizer, seed mix, tone blend, garden tools, weed preventer, large pots, seeds, plants and trees, and mulch. They also sell local honey from Lous Bee Honey.

Beautiful center with great selection.

Overpriced. not much selection in plants and quite standard. this place is not a nursery, but rather a plant reseller, and very overpriced. did i forget to mention overpriced? much prefer Seasons, also in gaithersburg. more and better plants for less.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!! This company was only given one star because you have to give at least one to submit a review, but they do not deserve that! I had a recent experience with this company in which I needed to return a product that was infested with termites, and the reaction of the staff was very unprofessional. The staff member in question was very rude and not interested in hearing the issue at hand or even considering that there may be any problems with their product. The staff member became irate when I informed him that I had paid people to remove the infested product from my property and that it was outside on the back of a rented home depot truck and that I, at this point due to his rude and unprofessional behavior, was no longer seeking a refund but would be satisfied if they would just be willing to dispose of their infested product. He in turn threatened to call the police if I took the bags off of the truck. I spend a lot of money on landscaping but I have never dealt with anyone as unprofessional as this staff member was.The customer service at this place is horrendous and I will never purchase anything from here ever again. BEWARE!
