I give them 5 stars. Every time I go they are open, never busy and great customer service. Always greeteed when I walk in.Breakfast Sandwiches are the best. The Girl with the tattoos is Awesome!!!!! Definitely Recommend....

I always experience friendly and quick service (meaning that even if theres a line, it moves at a good pace) and great donuts. Very clean space, if a bit small. My go-to for a mid-afternoon sweet tooth attack!

Asked for 17 dozen donut holes and got them without having to wait. The Spanish speaking lady was very friendly and kind. The owners were accommodating to a special request. Great place!

Great place for a quick stop and get your FIX.Car parking is good but truck parking is not so great. The police station is right next door so if there is 1 semi truck parked in the front of Shipley, Galena Park PD is strict on semi trucks parking in front of them. Other than that, the donuts and breakfast sandwiches are great.

This particular Shipleys is in a convenient location for me. However, I have been to better Shipleys, and much better donut shops. Overall, I dont eat many donuts anymore, but sometimes I do splurge.

I enjoy that they have a variety of breakfast sandwiches.

Awsome fresh food and great service

Where do I start! Lets start with the HORRIBLE service from the drive thru employee. I decided to go get Coffee and a few Glazed doughnut, as I approach the window I can already see the drive thru employees face she looks upset that she has to be working on Sunday. I ask for a small coffee with cream and She gives me a look like I have just asked her for something out of this world, as I watch her she squeezes a drop of cream from a container and gives me a get the Hell out of here look wow I guess she does not realize her pay check comes from the customers that buy their products. Donuts were fresh no complaints on product. I believe this Shipley donuts is independently owned, bad Customer service can make or break your business as it is Galena park is a very small area so you have to work hard to keep every single customer coming back. I would have give this business a five star rating if it would have not been for t bf e female with the pick jacket at the drive thru making me feel like I was disturbing her she practically threw me out of the drive thru.. My tip to her find a job you enjoy and stop treating customers like their bothering you.. Never again will I make this place my stop Im also posting this on sll my social media sites you just lost Customers.

The sausage/cheese/jalapeno kolaches I ate that afternoon were the best I have ever had from any Shipleys. I may be disappointed the next time I go to a Shipleys. Haha.

The only place that actually serve cold 1 day old donuts. This is not the place to go if you want warm fresh donuts.

Its ok. Donuts are only warm at daylight, the plain ones only.
