The staff were all courteous and efficient. The prices were affordable, but the best part was that Dr. Pamela E gave me the best prescription Ive had in years. She was willing to work with me until I could see better than I thought I could. Very satisfied!

The very first time I went to them the prescription was wrong in one of the lenses. But I thought Id give them a second chance. Thats when I figured out that they dont know how to adjust the glasses correctly. I have prisms and I have trifocals which means that they have to be right or I cant see! I had my plenses repaced due to scratches and the left lens is the incorrect prescription again! Cant see a thing out of them, everything is just blurry but Im not going back, I am going to just go see my eye doctor. Yes they have nice frames which are reasonably priced, but they are rubbish when it comes to the lenses and to the adjustments. I dont know if its because I have such issues with the lenses or if its just that they cant do it if its more than just a simple adjustment with a simpler prescription.

Mark was so helpful. I had broken my glasses in half and could barely see. He helped me find new frames to fit my lens and made sure to adjust them for me. I really appreciated how helpful and friendly he was.

I am amazed at the care and service we received. Mark was fast, friendly and great with kids!

They are much friendlier and professional than 5 other vision centers I went too.

I called and made an appointment for my son to have his eyes checked and pick out new frames. The lady asked what insurance I had and I told her. She then made an appointment for me. The day of the appointment I picked up my son from schooltoand went to the vision center. After they took my card for the insurance and he sat in a room waiting for over 30 minutes they came to me and said they wouldnt examine his eyes because the insurance office was closed. He had been there last year and they had insurance info. I will never return and found it very rude and inconsiderate to say the least. I didnt drive 30 miles to be brushed off.

People are way too busy to have to wait so long. We make appointments 3 weeks in advance to have sit in a waiting room? I’ve been here 1hr 20 minuets still haven’t seen the doctor.
