Had my first makeover yesterday by Megan for my birthday. She was very pleasant and I loved my look! She made me feel very comfortable and beautiful!! Will definitely be back again!

Great customer service. Very educated staff to help with cosmetic needs. My wife always thought that they gave great help in choosing the right shade of coloring. In Galesburg, we lost the last chain store Bergners that had a great cosmetic department. Now Normans stepped up to give a totally complete service for each woman who comes on. The prices are reasonable . The specials help make the products affordable. The quality of the products are outstanding and customer satisfaction tops the list.

The Merle girls are excellent! Been going here for all my make-up and skin care needs for so long, theyre practically family. Let them give you pointers, a makeover, or a steam facial. Their chic boutique is also fun to browse through.
