A Breaker on our furnace kept tripping so we called Neil Thomas, we were told the problem was a bad breaker. I called after several days of not hearing anything, and they said they could not get the breaker and thought our builder had put an old furnace in our house that is less than 3yrs old. They recommended a new furnace. When we didnt go for that Dennis recommended doing other repairs. Called Amana and gave them our serial number, they verified our furnace was new. Amana said there was a claim for a new motor and other parts made by Neil Thomas for our warranty. They did not install these parts. Next, they put in a breaker by a different manufacturer, which didnt fit so they had to cut our new furnace cabinet and left the cover which no longer fit laying off to the side. Then, we got a bill for 3xs the amount of time they worked on our furnace and charged us for the breaker. I strongly advice using another company.

Had a plumber come out to clean out my main line charge me $400 less than a week later it was backing up again I called the company told them what happened and they said Id have to pay another service charge because when they left it was working fine if they did it right the first time there wouldnt have been a problem with water backing up 6 days later

The lady who answers their phone is plain RUDE and needs to learn phone manners. If you do not want to deal with the public, then get a job where you work alone and no one else has to deal with your obvious bad attitude.

98 degrees outside and the air-conditioning barely worked. Extremely humid in restaurant. Good was mediocre at best. Wait staff was friendly and dining area was pleasantly set up. Because of lack of air-conditioning and less than tasty menu I would not recommend.
