Huge storage always someone there working which is a plus. Never too crowded. Good security in place. The Floors are very Nasty so do not set anything down or slide.

We have had to rent several units and rent equipment on a regular basis from Annie and her staff. They have always met and/or exceeded our needs with prompt courteous service. This team is definitely an asset to U-Haul’s portfolio and should be recognized as such! In a depressed market like Galesburg it is refreshing to have a business relationship with group such as this, as they adhere to the core values of customer service and satisfaction. Coming from larger markets such as Dallas Tx and Phoenix Az these operations could take some notes from this “small town” operation! I highly recommend this facility for all your moving and storage needs..
