I have never had any problems with Customer Service in this store & Ive been going there for over a yr. now. They are always quick to acknowledge me when I walk in the door. Also I have never had to file a missing or damaged Package unlike FedEx that seemed to be almost every package sent through them. Great Job UPS Galesburg.

More occupied with customer who called after person started to wait on me. After 20 minutes still not getting service even though I was there before the call came in. Never again will I visit this shop.

Service was fine. Clerk was very business but it was busy. It was kind of uncomfortable as all the customers had masks but neither the guy nor lady employees were not following the governors executive order requiring a mask or face covering inside any business in Illinois. The employees didnt have masks.

I don’t usually write reviews, especially if they are negative, but I had a simple question and was talked to like I was uneducated. I kindly thanked the operator for providing redirection that I could barely understand and they hung up. Not professional or helpful at all.

I just called this store for assistance with delivering a package UPS. The girl I spoke to was very nice and did what she could to help me. She was asking her manager for assistance and I heard him say in the back round she is not a customer here we dont have to help her! Tell her to call UPS. He was referring to me as not being a customer there. I will not be using that store for ANY of my shipping needs.

I have shipped everything from guitars to motorcycle parts and have always appreciated the care and time the staff has taken to advise me on rates, packaging and shipping options.I have used their copy services for my small business for years. Very affordable and high quality.The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They strive to process each customer efficiently and quickly. The UPS store is my 1st choice for shipping products, eBay orders and anything else! They literally can ship just about ANYTHING TO ANYWHERE!

The young lady at the counter didn’t want to be bothered while she was eating. She didn’t acknowledge me, explain about any charges, or anything of the like. Just gave me instructions and asked me to sign. Unfortunate, as I work in retail as well and am completely okay with mediocre service, because people have bad days. This wasn’t even that.

Regarding the post by Joe Putin, and the response by the owner, I have never had a problem getting an actual receipt from any UPS store. In my business, our customers want a copy of a receipt, not just the tracking number. They usually already have the tracking number, but they want proof of me dropping it off and proof of the tracking number because there is usually multiple return labels they send out to use depending on the type and destination of the equipment. If its a good, reusable part it gets sent to a different location than a part that is broken and needs repair or a part that is sent to a warranty location which would be sent to yet a different location. The receipt is the most valuable documentation of the actual destination and gives them checksum or verification they want. To say you deal with this daily is a strong clue for you to provide the customer a receipt upon request without any hassle. I realize UPS Stores are privately owned and operated and saying you wish people would just use the tracking number so you can save paper is just plain cheap and extremely poor customer service.
