Always very efficient when servicing my truck. They get you in at your appointment time. I am very pleased with the service department.

So many mistakes made on the paper work, there are recalls on the car we bought that they say have been fixed but I havent seen proof of that yet. Sunroof leaks, and the breaks already need replaced and we havent made the first payment yet. We tried to go through the salesman to fix the issues, but all I got in return was smart alec remarks such as me being a 3rd party that had nothing to do with the sale and at one point with the mistakes he said that maby his boss had done it. So I emailed the boss to have him double check everything and he did and it was all handled and we were happy, until yesterday when I received a message from an employee claiming I intentionally messed with that salesperson job!!! I will NOT be going back.

My mom had an airbag recall and Donley replaced the faulty parts. The only issue I had was that she was out of a car for a full day after being told it should only take 4 hours. But im still giving 4 stars because they went above and beyond to make it right. They delivered the car to her home the following day! Amazing!

Not sure if there was any quality inspection prior to selling the vehicle, but I received a full refund from Ford and no longer own it.Updating my long and detailed review: I purchased a brand new Escape from Donley in Galion and had many, many, many issues with it. For three months it was nothing but issues with the dealership filing paperwork wrong or issues with the vehicle having pieces fly off it while driving down the road.

This was for a regular service for my F-150. The were very thorough and covered all aspects of the truck. The examined an issue with 4 wheel drive activation and found a service update which covered the issue.

Bought a used Ford Flex and showed interest soon after the got it on the lot. After I bought it, I noticed a lot of things that people, especially deals, do with used vehicles. It wasnt cleaned very thoroughly, the brakes started squeaking soon after, the lug nuts were basically welded on, and the drive home was terrible because they left on wiper blades that were completely shot. It rained, snowed and hailed on my 1 hour drive home and I had a very difficult time seeing since the wiper blades should have been replaced long before I purchased the vehicle.There are some good things about what they did, but overall, I would try any place else first because I know that they are going to cut corners. Im still finding the cut corners months later.Update: Windshield washer pump completely dead. It never worked, and I just now have time to troubleshoot it. I dont think that they inspected this vehicle. They missed so much. Disappointing.Update #2: 2.5 years in, I dont put many miles on it, but the new tires that were on it when I bought it are shot because of a very bad alignment. The insides of all 4 tires are completely bald after 20,000 miles. They would have lasted twice as long if it were aligned properly. Lowering to 1 star.

Cindy May went above and beyond to try and help me locate a truck based upon my very difficult requirements and guidelines. Though my purchase did not come from this dealer, she checked in with me every few days and presented new options as they arrived on the lot. The amount of effort she put into this far exceeded my expectations, and I believe others would benefit from working with Cindy to find an automobile.

Over the years, Ive stopped in this particular dealership 3 times and every single time Ive been treated like a dumb woman who cant afford anything on the lot. There is one particular salesman I seem to always get and he is patronizing and insulting to me although I doubt if he realizes it. I DO have the money for what I am looking at but I would never buy a vehicle here because of him. Ive worked in the dealership business for 16 years including sales and service so Im not exactly ignorant about cars/trucks even though Im a woman.I ask a lot of questions and this salesman never ever has been able answer them or willing to find out the answer. He cant even be bothered to find a key so that I can look inside. This dealership should provide tablets to each salesperson with full details on each vehicle on the lot so that questions can be answered and the standardized key system should be used so that they dont have to go running across the street to get a key! Get with the 21st century!! They should also employ at least one woman salesperson so that we are not treated like idiots.

I April my car died on me after 170,000. I loved it, it was black/black, 5 speed. I didnt have time to shop around and needed a car right away. I called Donley Ford in Galion and spoke to Tim McCane and told him what I was looking for and he said hed check their inventory (they have other dealerships nearby) and get back to me. In less than an hour he found what I was looking for. By the time I drove an hour south of where I was, Tim has the car on their lot! He was the only salesperson who was accommodating of all the other dealerships around. I test drove the car and it was a perfect fit. I half expected some haggling on the price, but I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me something for my trade in given the fact that it needed some TLC. I drove the car of the lot within a couple hours. Mr. McCane went thru all of the fabulous features of the new Ford. He programmed my phone to my car so I could have the 911 safety feature enabled on my drive home. He made my day because he went out of his way for me. He even called me a couple days later to follow up with me and see how things were going and if I had anymore questions about the car and all the bells and whistles on it. Ive had to call him a couple times with what most would probably consider to be trivial questions, but hes always happy to help. I highly recommend Tim McCane at Donley Ford in Galion. Remember that name next time you need a car. And remember my name so you can thank me later!

I had a linement to be done on a car here they found a tie rod bad they went 230 some to fix a do linement told them no ill put the tie rods on they chares me a half hr service charges for finding it If you ever have problems with you car go somewhere else these people just rip you off even if you have a Ford go to a nether dealership
