Ok, I love the fact that Circle K offers Smiths milk, but for the last 3 wks there hasnt been any milk, (the coolers all across where pretty bare) and today I went in and saw milk in cartons (and other products) behind the coolers wondering why they havent been put in the coolers for customers. I asked for 2 gallons and the clerk said he couldnt leave the register and the manager was in the office. I went to the entrance of the coolers and saw the Coca-cola delivery guy and I asked him if he could get me 2 gallons of milk and he kindly did. If the clerk is unable to leave the register why isnt the manager stocking the coolers? Ive managed a store, and I certainly would not be having empty shelves if there was product to put on them. Thats just not good business.
This is by far the worst circle k i ever been too!! Pop machine always broke or out of the kind i drink!! People working there are very lazy stuff is always in boxes and not stock... I could go on but ill leave it at that!!
I realize workers are hard to find & I realize that everyone needs a job. I was a little weirded out by no eye contact Jessica who also seems unable to enunciate her speech enough to be understood. Perhaps dealing with the public isnt the job for her.
Always clean great cashiers
I like circle K very much, but just happened to be across the street tonight at Tubbys pizza and Tubbys gets five stars from myself and my boyfriend also.Had a pizza, special price, which is nice for the Ohio State/Alabama game tonight.Go Bucks! Thanks.
That was the last time I go here for anything, was called f-ing rude for wearing a mask, and made fun of for following health orders. This place doesnt deserve my business.

I want to first say I have Lived in the area for 50+ years. I own 4 businesses in the area. That being said, I want to point out that you have managers working as mere employees. I know one currently that was a manager for McDonalds for 3 plus years. I know because I go in and meet friends there every night for coffee. I have seen her work. I also take note of the other employees you have. While some are good, I believe his Mike is the only other to even mention, This Young Lady has what the others don’t. You can tell by the way she speaks to her customers and her ethics and aptitude. The manager clearly doesn’t know what she is doing. You don’t hire an employee like that and work her and call on her to help you out without recognition or reward. You just don’t. It’s so hard to find a good employee that can grow with a company. She is one of those. If she isn’t a manager soon, I still very well might, I’m going to offer her a leadership position at one of my company’s. I’m confident in what I see. The others are adaquate but do not come with that kind of promise. I have seen her there more then the managers on top of that. She is always filling in. A managers responsibility is to Lead and to allow there employees to grow. This manager is obviously not what an owner should have for their face of there business. She’s not only never there, but she doesn’t value what she has. She doesn’t know how to hire employees (she got one right but not using her where she should). Managers that work for me are involved. This one is absent and seems very destitutive. Almost Lethargic in an involved business way. I heard she was on the way out and got a job elseware, but still is the manager? You can’t have a manager full time elseware. Simple as that. If your an owner, you know this. It can’t happen. I can promise this employee you have will be given another opportunity. I see her in there in the morning doing truck on Saturdays, staying over, getting called in... where are the managers? I guess you don’t have any that know what they are doing. I am making this review in relation to multiple experiences at the location and as a multibusiness owner with input. The young lady I’m talking about has been there since summer. She’s the best you have hands down. McDonalds owner screwed up letting her walk from there Management team. I’ll probably see her Saturday morning when I fill up and grab coffee. So as to the actual review. Hire a manager that has delegation experience. Has the ability to see strengths and weaknesses in employees. A quality manager will bring in quality employees and in turn bring in better remarks and more profit. Simple as that. 3 stars were given just for the performance of the Young Lady and mike. She makes it worth 3 herself! The Managers you have now. Have a ceiling as high as doll house. The one employee that has promise won’t be there long. She’ll get her chance. :) *note - I over heard the latest hire was a manager for McDonalds... she isn’t the one I’m talking about.* note 2 - I’m in no way saying the managers currently are bad and I don’t know the circumstances but they do need further training and drive. That is clear. I will leave another review if I see a change.
I would give more stars but there is one lady there who gives my husband issues everytime he is in there getting gas with a prepaid debit card asking for his ID to match his card when the card has no name because it is a prepaid card and its getting ridiculous and the need to re-train or educate her... And our most recent experience was 6/14/2018 and her name is Julie Baldridge according to receipt and this happens with any amount of purchase and we have over heard othere patrons complaining
Good and quick
Decent
Stopped in today, 11-8-2021, around 5:30. WORST CIRCLE K EVER! Didn’t look like anything had been done since before 2nd shift came in. Not the 1st time either. All the trash near the coffee & pop areas were & running over. Most of the cappuccino flavors were empty. Most of the flavored creamers were empty. Very few lids for pop cups were available. At least the counters were clean, this time.Only 1 person was working but when at work you don’t talk on the phone all the time. About 18 years ago, I worked at Circle K in a different location. My store was never in this bad a shape.
