I purchased an AR style pistol from them online. I was skeptical reading these 1 star reviews and because I had never purchased from them, but they shipped AND delivered my package in less than 10 days without any hassle or issues. I placed an order on 10/2 (Saturday), my package was delivered to my FFL on 10/12 (Tuesday) and the process was totally hands off on my end. They did respond to my 2 emails about shipment. If you are willing to be a little patient and wait the 10 days like they indicate, this is a good place to buy online if you find a good price for what you are looking for. Their price was very good among the competition, which promoted me to give them a shot. Everything was in excellent condition/ new when I picked it up.
We have had a awesome experience with Keely. They went above and beyond to satisfy our online purchase and customer service has responded almost instantly during business hours, so Im not sure what the other reviewers are referring to. Maybe they have the wrong company....

STAY AWAY FROM KEELEY ARMS!!!! I purchased a Glock 43x froM Keeley Arms on 7-23-2020. I paid and supplied FFL of local dealer same day. After waiting a few days for the pistol to ship. I called and emailed [email protected] inquiring about when the pistol would ship. Waited a couple more days with no response. I was reading through some negative reviews about Keeley Arms and got nervous and opened a dispute with my credit card company. A few more days went by and I received the shipping notification saying the pistol had shipped. I assumed that my credit card company had notified Keeley Arms about my dispute and supplied them with the shipping info. I thought everything had been settled. I received a phone call from my dealer saying the pistol had arrived and scheduled pick for Monday 8-3-2020. That morning I received a phone call from my dealer say Patrick at Keeley Arms called saying he received a chargeback and to not release the pistol until it was taken care of. I immediately contacted my credit card and resolved the dispute. I waited over a month with little communication from Patrick at Keeley Arms. The last communication from him was on 8-27-2020 saying the he received a notice that I was still disputing the transaction, it was not correct. I contacted my credit card company again and they told me that the bank Keeley Arms uses still hadn’t responded to the dispute and as soon as they do they will see that the funds had be paid back. I sent another email to Patrick on 9-8-2020 letting him know about the issue with his bank. I never received a response. I received a call from my dealer says Keeley Arms requested the pistol be sent back to them. I sent another email to Patrick on 9-14-2020 asking for an update and never received a response. I have sent multiple screen shots showing proof of purchase. Patrick at Keeley Arms has responded to my dealer and requested again that the pistol be shipped back to them but hasn’t responded to me since 8-27-2020.
Definitely not happy with Keely Arms. My firearm was sent to the wrong FFL. I couldnt select the FFL I preferred so I emailed Keely Arms about shipping to my preferred FFL and asked him to wait 1 day to ship so I could have a chance to contact my FFL as my FFL is closed on Mondays. Every firearm I have purchased off gunbroker shipped to my preferred FFL as long as I notified them. I also didnt receive the pair of magazines that come with a glock gen4 or gen5, no safety lock, grip extenders or cleaning rod. The glock itself is in new condition. The FFL where the glock was shipped did not open the USPS box it was shipped in so they didnt take anything out of the case. I requested a partial refund to purchase the missing magazines but am getting a run around. Dont buy from Keely Arms.

I made an online purchase of a gun. Received a confirmation receipt and a upc number for gun. I emailed them to inquire about my purchase and was told it was canceled and money refunded. No money SO FAR. No Gun!!! NEVER AGAIN. NOTE: They did cancel my purchase and my money was returned. They will not answer calls and responded to a text once. I tried to communicate with them multiple times. Poor business!
Ordered a .22lr handgun from this store last March. The process went well and he shipped it to my local ffl quickly. Handgun arrived new in box and is great.
I purchased the gun via the internet on 1/10/2021. I received and email on 1/13/2021 stating they hadn’t received the FFL from a dealer listed on their website of purchase. I contacted my dealer and informed them that Keely wouldn’t send it without their FFL. They stated they can’t send an FFL without Keely contacting them first. Finally after a few more back and forth emails Keely finally emailed my dealer and linked my personal email in it. I contacted my dealer and asked that they send their FFL now. My dealer said that already had. I contacted Keely again, and they said they never received the FFL. I contacted my dealer again and asked that they send it in the email that I was tagged in. They did and I contacted Keely asking if they received it. They said they had but it takes 5 business days for it to be mailed out. At this point it was 1/17/2021. I waited the 5 business days and emailed again. No response. I sent another the next day asking if they had an update and I received an email saying my order was canceled. I never requested a cancel, and I still want my gun. Now that gun prices have gone up yet again with our most recent election I’d have to spend another $150 on the same gun from another dealer. Very upsetting the way they handled the situation.
Not sure what everyone is complaining about. Some of these negative reviews are ridiculous. Great experience with Keely Arms. Ordered a Springfield XDS Mod2. Incredible price. Ordered on Friday 10/30 at around 9:55 pm. I notified them on Monday via e-mail that my FFL e-mailed them a copy of their license. Tuesday 11/3 I received an e-mail from them that my item shipped. Great communication no issues. I received my order on Monday 11/9. I would have received it on Friday 11/6 but my FFL was closed. Great job Keely Arms I look forward to doing business with you again.
Dont ignore the above post. They can at least respond to emails. Gonna see where this goes.Edit!!! Raising to two star maybe three star if they just take down there website orders just out of stock the website if you dont have the firearms. I do belive if you are patient Keely Arms will try and do the right thing i think they jjst understaffed and in over there heads... hire someone to answer a phone and just lay low...
I want to give them prop based on some of the negative reviews. I have purchased three times from Keely Arms over the years. Two were local pick ups and the third was within the last six months shipped to my local FFL. I’ve had very good experience with Keely Arms. Sig 516 Patrol, FNS 9 and the last was a CZ Scorpion EVO deal of the day. Great experience every time!
Let me start by saying my first purchase from Keely was 2 years ago, I am only now writing a review based on recent feedback...It is an older couple who run small business out of their farm house. Very nice people, I was only 100 miles away so I do in store pickup. Brand new vp9 for cheaper than anywhere else and was very pleased with them.The fact that its just an older couple and covid times are the reasons for the slow responses Im sure. They were prompt with all responses for my concerns pre-covid.
No answer by phone or email numerous tied. Lost my business. Almost a thousand dollars worth of business. Adios.
OK..Made my purchase on 7-17/2020, received my order 7-22-2020 Stayed in contact with both FFL dealers. You must double check everything since this is the internet...2 emails ways to get into contact with Keely Arms (1) email from website front on google. (2) Store front which probably has different inbox which cant get check too often because of recent world stuff EVERY GUN SHOP IS BUSY (in-store/phone call/email). I Dont Know how everyone else is getting such experience. Almost made me walk away from the sale, took a chance and very please. (Brand New) - cause i saw one nasty review that was not one google
Im going through the same deal the first reviews going through I did get a few emails they saying that they dont have my FFL dealers license number. even though he popped up as an FFL dealer and I spoke to him before and he did do business with them
I am having trouble getting any kind of answers or updates from Keely Arms about my order. They are saying they don’t have my FFL’s license info. I emailed my FFL and Keely and there is no response from Keely or it takes days to answer. They don’t answer the phone and I placed my order 2 and a half weeks ago with barely any response to multiple emails and phone calls.
Do not order online from Keely. Put in an order in early July and received an order confirmation. Have not received and unable to get in touch with Keely via email or phone about the purchase. Really terrible service.
Avoid online orders with this seller -- theyre either an outright scam or just completely unresponsive.Placed an order mid-July for an item that does not require an FFL transfer. Order ack. was received and my card charged immediately, but vendor has not responded to calls or emails requesting updates more than 2 months later.
Dont answer the phone or return emails. They leave people in the dark about their order for months
Ordered my gun over a month ago, still hasn’t shipped. They have an automated service when you call that says to email them and they haven’t responded to the email I sent over a week ago. I’m contacting the BBB and my attorney, this is theft.
