This place is the best! They have what I need (no matter how obscure) every time I go there plus something I never knew I needed in the first place until I saw it! Excellent prices, too. I check them first when I need something.

I enjoy shopping here. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. If I cant find what Im looking for or more likely dont know what I need to accomplish my project - I just ask. They have it all from great paint to beautiful candles and everything in between. Stop by, youll be glad you did. And I love not having to run to Mansfield!!

They are the worst with custom service they have no return policy post in store. So when you buy something beware dont open it they wont take it back for the right one. Hey Home Depot and Lowes both return things that have been opened and not used. Dont shop at this store. I would have gave it a minus 5 star if I could.

A great 3 Generation family ran business with excellent customer service. Most of their prices are better than Lowes, Home Depot, or Menards. If you live close to Galion its better than running to Marion or Mansfield and if you price check youll see the difference for yourself.

Friendly staff, surprisingly large selection of items. Ran out of Chalked paint purchased elsewhere and the staff was enthusiastic to gain product knowledge, even consulting with their sales rep to assist us since they hadnt yet sold any in the new line they now carry. Dont overlook them and presume youll have to go to a big box store- they might just have what you need!

Just left this business. Walked in and asked to purchase an item. Older guy says it’s in the back and he will get it for me. I stand around for the next 20 minutes while he talks to another old guy in the back. I left. I was trying to support local business but I am now driving to Home Depot in Mansfield and will continue to do so even though I live in Galion. I will never shop there again.

I strongly recommend to everyone that if they need anything heavy duty to go stop by true value first.the staff have been so goid to me over the years with my needs that Im grateful for both the store and staff. I love picking the staffs brains about things because I always learn something new.I can tell the staff are like family because of their personalities. Over the years of shopping their store Ive made good friends with the staff. They take good care of me when I shop there. And I love doing business with them too. And I can tell they enjoy going above and beyond helping their customers with their needs by their personalities and knowledge of what the customers need.

Purchased a few ladders for work and their prices were a little more than half of what big box stores and other hardware stores wanted. Got 3 ladders for the same price as what the longest ladder cost at big box store.

Horrible customer service. Went in there for help with plumbing and the older guy was really rude, argued with me, and told me the part I was returning was broke. I returned it how I bought it. Talked down to me because I didnt know much about dishwasher parts. I will not be going back there.
