Excellent Service!! They were able to accommodate all my needs. I needed a new radiator quick, they originally told me two days. I got it back same day! Pricing was very on point and cheaper than the original quote. The team was super nice, very friendly . Would absolutely recommend.

I had a check engine light on that was preventing me from passing emissions testing. I had taken my car to 3 other places that either would not work on it because it was a foreign car or gave me quotes that were over thousands of dollars. I was then recommended Smartt auto repair by a friend and I couldnt have been happier with the service. Not only was the lady up from extremely nice, the service they performed was amazing. I am so happy I found this place because I have been trying to pass emissions for a few months now, and finally I found an extremely affordable and knowledgably mechanic. It was not an issue at all for me but they were busy and it took a few days for me to get the car back, however the price and quality of service was definitely worth the wait!

This is honestly the best auto repair shop Ive been to in Tennessee and the cost for the repair was lower than I expected. Genuinely good people. Glad I went here. Restores my faith in humanity.

Our car broke down so we had it towed there. They kept me in the loop on repairs and costs. Our car was ready the next day! While I can’t promise every repair is completed that quick (ours was just a couple of blown/worn hoses) I can promise good quality work by very professional people at an honest rate!

My car broke down on the weekend, so I looked at the Google reviews in Gallatin and found Smartt Auto. I had my car towed there and got in touch with them Monday morning. They got to work on my car right away and were incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the repair, sending me texts as they found new issues, giving me estimates for the work, and asking for the go-ahead on additional repairs as they came up. My car was ready to go again the next day! I highly recommend Smartt Auto if you need some work done; they are true professionals.

On May 25 I brought my car in to have a timing belt replaced and seven days later with many promises each day I finally get my car back . The estimated price was $650.00 the total bill was 1,100.00 how a timing belt could have taken that long and cost that much I do not know and had to take the car back for a water leak . If you need work done on your car take it somewhere else not there

I had the whole evap system on my truck replaced. After I picked it up, the check engine light came back on. I took it back right at 4:55, and they stayed well past closing time to get it fixed for me. Zero complaints at all.
