Fantastic company! This is our second time working with EXL. The first time we needed our spring replaced and that was a few years ago and was a great experience. This time our 15 year old garage door motor had burned out and Brandon came out and replaced it for us and even reinforced everything and did a little maintenance on the door itself just to be sure everything was installed right and would last. He went above and beyond explaining everything about the new opener and was super nice to work with! Highly recommend giving these folks a call for all your garage door and door opener needs!!

I recently needed EXL Garage Doors to help me with a remote for an older Liftmaster garage door opener. They found a new one for my 8 year old Liftmaster but after repeated attempts to make the new remote work, including the purchase of a new battery, it would not work.I want to thank them for making this right by discovering the new remote was faulty. Ryan, one of EXL team members replaced it and made sure it worked. For sure I will be calling them in the future and I highly recommend them.

I called requesting a repair to my garage door and a service technician arrived at my house within 20 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and super helpful.

They looked at my garage door and were to order a new circuit board for the opener but never heard back from them nor was I able to contact them a week later. Really unprofessional and poor service on anything .
