I took my 2016 FZ09 in to have and exhaust and tune done. Jeremy did a fantastic job, got it done quickly and efficiently. Ill never take my bike anywhere else for performance workYou can also tell theyre passionate about what they do, from their friendly customer service to Jeremy communicating with me to let me know when he expected to have it done and following up to make sure everything was okay.

Had an issue with my order upon arrival but the employee who was just hired on took the initiative and my issue on as her priority and got order fixed and me out the door in record time with expert precision, skill, and professionalism that is typically only seen from Market or Regional Managers, senior corporate executives in positions of sales and marketing, PR and QC. She was very impressive to watch and effective in managing the issue at hand and seeing the resolution to the customers complete satisfaction. Her competence more than made up for any shortcomings observed. She is an asset to the business and should have no problems climbing the ladder to success for herself as well as Little Ceaser Corp

WORST COMPANY EVER-BEWARE, I took my 05 Limited Edition Hayabusa in for new tires, they performed work that wasnt authorized and gave me a bill for 1556 dollars, Not only that but they scratched my bike in several places and dented my gas tank. BE VERY CAREFUL, I would give them negative 10 stars if possible. They should not be in business, I have started the legal action necessary to hold them accountable since they wont man up.

Just wanted to share my appreciation to Jeremy and Carrie at C.M.P. !!! A good friend of mine recommended Jeremy as the best around for service on virtually any kind of sport bike. Now days it can be hard to find anyone who takes pride and stands behind their craftsmanship, so I quickly programmed his number in my phone just in case i may need him. Well as it turns out, a year later I ended up having a problem with my factory clutch system on a Ducati 848evo. So I called them up and they had a bit of a wait list, but I could bring it down and would check it out as soon as possible. Let me say it was well worth the wait ! Jeremy determined that the problem with the clutch system way simply a loose bolt and could have me up an running at a very fair price. He could have taken advantage of me and sold me on a new clutch assembly or master cylinder that i did not need, however in his ethical business practice he only sold me what i needed. I asked if he had any other maintenance recommendations for the bike at 15k miles, and he offered to do them all by the Ducati standards with oem parts, so i asked him to add those services as well. He performed valve adjustments, all the fluids, belts, and an itemized list of other service on the invoice for my review. I was very impressed with my Ducati before C.M.P. but now I am just in love with the performance. You have earned my trust and thank you for the GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!
