We have had wonderful experiences many times in the past - good selection - good quality - good price - good service. However, todays experience was frustrating. It wasnt until after finding an item that was a good possibility, leaving to think it through and then returning to make the purchase was I told the store is not doing deliveries. I didnt see a sign on the door or in the store, so it seems that the staff should mention this to shoppers. Had I known at the outset, I could have saved some time.

They have helped me and my family in so many ways, by helping me rebuild my credit, and by helping my family and I with some great furniture and appliances. They even have nice area rugs . If you stop in ask for jimmy tell him Martin Martinez sent you he will take great care of you.

Always a good place to get furniture

Wonderful spacious parking. Get immediate help when you walk into castle furniture. The employees are very friendly and courteous. I like this place Ive bought both my parents 3 mattress, a bed frame, 3 dressers, living room couch, tv stand and plan to get a few more items in the future. The loading - there is a gentleman, unfortunately I cant remember his name, but he is an artist if I may say so in loading our couch, mattress and dressers in a safe and highly secure way to the back of our truck. I feel very safe on my drive home. I like this store, Ive gone back 5 different times.

My family and I have previously purchased from Castle Furniture and have been pleased with every purchase until recently. We had purchased a water heater from this establishment and when they loaded it into our vehicle they laid the water heater down.I had asked them if it should be upright because i have been told never to lay a water heater down and the employees loading it said no its fine you can lay it down.Well when we took it home and installed it no surprised it didnt work, we had tried to take it back to Castle Furniture for a return or for their expert employees to inspect what the issue was we were basically told sorry its not our problem. Not even a resolution or a trade in .. it was sold as is and we are stuck basically paying for a broken water heater..NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT.so buyer BEWARE!

The original showroom is well lit which makes a difference when marketing stuff.The 2nd showroom is rather dark 😔, i wish they could invest on good lughting as well as music.This will make the place a little bit livelier ☺
