I dropped by last Monday for service on my tubeless tires which fell victim to the goat heads off Red Rock park. The bike mechanic was top notch, and the owner was super friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my bike while I waited so I got to look around the shop. Its filled with a nice inventory of bicycles, skateboards and related hardware and some pretty cool t-shirts as well. After fixing the bike, they lubed my chain, adjusted my front shocks and gave me a free t-shirt to boot. It was especially nice to have such a professional and competent service option while traveling through Gallup New Mexico.

I flew in from North Texas and had a problem with my bicycle headset. The owner took the time to diagnose and fix the problem. He was fair, professional, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and understanding of my situation. He saved the day and allowed me to ride for a few more days uninterrupted. Im very grateful for his shop and quick turnaround.

Brought my bike in because the tire kept going flat I changed the tube multiple times myself. I checked to see if it was a tire wasnt the tire brought it in there told them all that and then they charged me $30 to change the tube and what do you know my bike tire went flat about an hour later The guy did not seem concerned at all about our bikes and I dont know if he did anything other than change the tube as far as looking at them goes even though I was very clear that I had already done that. Now Im stuck in the Grand canyon cause they dont care about there job.

Had three mountain bikes fixed up @ Sport World, They done a excellent job on each.

Ok people do not go here I when in on a Saturday and they told me were closed I asked a question on some screen printing that I was ordering the owners are very rude and not very nice I guess I’m taking me drawings to Mr Teez I was just try to support my local business

Broke the rear axle on my mountain bike and they fixed it at a fair price.

I went here last saturday, the hours on the sign said they were open, the owner said they were closed...which is ok, no problem. I asked if I could bring in my bike for repairs Monday he just walked away and that was that. If you act like that you dont need business that bad I guess.

Good for restroom and gas also if your hungery there is a burger king.

Anyone of color, please do not go to this business. We tried to order shirts and the sales rep or owner was extremely, extremely rude every single step of the way. You could almost hear his hatred of Natives in his voice. Natives, stay away please! We cant support racist businesses. Any person of color avoid even if prices are lower here! I woulf bet they are white supremacists with extremely bad customer service. Dont know how they stay in business with such rude customer service. Please avoid.

Todd kept the store open late for us as we arrived after closing hours from a long ride. He then gave us a huge discount on inner tubes (wed been having flats all day), took us out to a local Mexican restaurant and drove us back to our hotel!Would give this store 6 or 7 stars if I could!

Friendly shop and fun to visit. They had what I needed (a pump) and gave me some diections to the local trails.
