My go to place in Gallup for Western clothes. Not the largest Boot Barn but still pretty well stocked.

Hawx work wear- made in China. Overpriced for clothing and footwear that is made in China. Price should be comparable to Wal-Mart. Shame on you Boot Barn for selling Chinese western wear. That doesnt sound right but its the truth. Like green chile grown in China. What has the U.S. come to?!

Didnt have my size

I barly found the cute little bag i can carry around without the hassle..but it wasnt mark down 20% off like the others in the same patch...so i took it to the cashier but she was busy with one customer and i ask this other person who price check it and it was $10 more then its original price..so i didnt purchased it. Plus theres two guys standing up front greeting customers..which i thought was unnecessary for a busy night. They didnt seem helpful at all...but i guess thats just how management works for its Establishment...Anywho i am left without a nice bag i liked. Well I hope the next time i decide to walk in Boot Barn...theres a little more Professionalism and Teamwork 2020.

I love going to boot barn and spend quite a bit of money on boots and clothes at boot barn stores everywhere. Thos Gallup store was great and i was treated very well by staff. I live in a rural area and travel alot to different states and cities and always try to hit up a boot barn when I can. Some times its a craps shoot. Service and attitude can be great or complete $h!t. Im brown and have either been completely ignored and/or given a fu_k3d up racist attitude at good number of stores. The Vegas store, although has a huge selection is 3xtremely racist. An employee there mumbled fing da mn mexican after asking for help with a Stetson hat. I looked at her said sorry, but im native american, not mexican. I wound up buying my Stetson at the Kingman store which treated me extremely well. Like I said, this Gallup store was great and service was awesome. Maybe send some of your employess at some of your other stores like Vegas to training on customer service and cultural sensitivity. People of color are here to stay no matter what that cheeto in office has to say.
