If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve been using the service department for many years and I can understand it being busy. I used to be considerate to a busy place but it doesn’t pay to be that way. You literally have to call every minute of the day to make sure they do what they get paid for. I’ve been hearing a lot of negative things about the service department for months now, but finally got my own experience today. Dropped my truck off at 7:30am and didn’t call them until noon to check the status, a female told me the oil change and tire rotation was done already they are just checking the “service light” .. so I waited patiently and called at 4pm to be told NOTHING was done on the vehicle yet! Since Marty Left this place has really gone down the drain! Horrible way to do business, COMMUNICATION is key. Call your customers and let them know what’s going on for Petes sake.

The Sales Representative at Rico Motor Complex, Trevor Thomas was very helpful to sell us a new Sierra Pickup Truck. Even though the shortage of vehicles, specially in the pickup trucks. He went beyond to get us this truck for us.Tell you the truth, I went to different dealership to see how they can help me. I didnt agree to what we were being offered.We talked to Trevor what he can do for us to get us a truck. He agreed to it and one day he called and said I have the truck you talked about. Sure enough, when we came to the dealership lot, the truck was parked away from the costumers view. He explained to us what the futures are and we made the deal.We purchased many vehicles from this dealership back in the days. Now, I wont change to any dealership for the world. My family also do business here for vehicles too.We gave Trevor everything we know to thank him to put us into a new truck. Was charged for the PCM core when it removed at the shop; was told vehicle was ready so i picked up on june 28 at 530 pm While driving i noticed hard shifts in all gears. called and inform Brad of service and i told him of the problem. i have had no transmission problems till the PCM was replaced and to check the PCM programming or could be defective. also stated that test drive should have indicated the hard shifts. returned truck on Tues June 2. no call back yet on status of truck.

We almost got our vehicle damage. The girl told us to start the vehicle. Come to find out they havent put the oil in yet. OMG we couldve sue you all. I got after the person that told us to start the vehicle. Make sure they dont let her tell vehicle owners to start the vehicle.

This rating is based on the service I requested. I give a 10/10 in completion of the job in a timely manner, based on appointment. Also on the friendly service provided by the cashier and evening door person, who walked me through the process of getting my keys. However, your service advisor was very rude and could use some customer service classes. I am a woman and he should not jump to the next guy in line thinking I do not know what I am there for. The next customer in line is usually how things should work. Overall thank you for providing the recall services for my vehicle. I appreciate it.

Took vehicle in twice with less than 2,000 miles and they do not know what this is coming out of the exhaust. The service dept. needs more experienced diesel mechanics. I keep going back for diesel exhaust service. I live 60 plus miles away and have to take time off to have my vehicles service. Staff are not always friendly, especially calling in Im transferred, left waiting with boring music and someone picks up, again told please hold and sometimes dont get my questions answered. Customers valued their time and money. I see workers taking too many breaks to nearby café and walking around with coffee.

Over the past several years, my wife and I tried to deal with Ricos to purchase a used car, and could never get anywhere with them for some reason or another we would end up going out of town to Albuquerque to buy a used car or SUV. For many reasons, It was because they were priced very high, and Albuquerque was a lot lower prices. We finally purchased a used car from them, and have been getting It serviced, and they have been doing a good job so far taking care of us and the car. The transmission specialist, Wayne, was extremely knowledgeable and personable and was able to thuroughly answer every single question I had and did not make me feel like I was wasting his time. Its good to know there are people like this around when I have car trouble.

If I could, it would be no stars... I arrived at Ricos at 740am, was told it would be ready in an hour... then 2 hrs later, was told there is a vehicle delay- 1 ahead... then, another hour and a half later, was told the customer ahead of my vehicle is not answering their phone to approve more work on their vehicle. WTF! Move on to the next vehicle if they are causing a delay. Thats what would happen to me if I didnt answer.

Spoke with Wes from service dept. I explained my needs an oil change, replace headlight bulb and fix the driver seat rear panel that will not stay attached. He told me to call the body shop and express oil change accross the street. I purchased my vehicle and all service has been here. Now i will take my business to Albuquerque Dealerships. Rico send Wes to CS class so he does not send business elsewhere. Poor customer service from Wes.

I called a few months to get a price on a vehicle that was on the website, I was told by a salesmen that I would be called back when he had the price, I never got a call back from the person named Ryan, I called again and left a message and never received a call back. My husband and I went into the office and were greeted by a lady who was more into the newspaper then customers. After waiting we finally had a chance to look at a few vehicles, to get our potential trade in value of our current vehicle took forever that off never happened, we were assured that we would get a phone call the following day to bring our car back to get it appraised, we never got a phone call....kinda took the way the sales person treated us and the way he took down my husbands info on the back of a notepad that had scribbles in it as an hint to leave and that we were not taken seriously. Thank you for the treatment Ricos and pretty sure we wont be back

I had been searching for a new vehicle for several weeks. I had looked at a variety of manufacturers and models. I was still undecided when I visited the Rico Auto Complex. I looked at both the 2014 GMC Acadia and the Buick Enclave. Although the vehicles are similar, I chose the Acadia Denali. Rico did not have one available with all the options I wanted. They said give them a few days to locate one. Two days later Marty Menapace called to say they had located one I might be interested in. I went to the dealership to find they had the exact vehicle I wanted, right color and all the options. That evening I drove away in my new Acadia. This was the easiest, most pleasant vehicle purchase experience I have had and I have had a lot.
