👍🏼 never really had a bad experience here

Im sure you understand that youll buy high and sell low, but the service was great, insurance added without me knowing, but its my fault for not catching it before paying. A little short on selection but its the only store within 80 miles, reserved a few Pop! figures and was promised VIP treatment when they arrive. I like this store and the manager is a very helpful guy. Overall it was fun buying here, would recommend.

Not much selection of games. Most of the store real estate is dedicated to merchandise instead, but not much cool stuff. Mostly stuff for little kids or weebs.

Austin, from Gamestop was pretty much a Saint. I dont want to sound blasphemous, but he helped me with my XBOX Original. Hands down, one of the best people(person) I have talked to about this device. Helped me more than Microsoft did. Thanks again Austin!!

Employees of gamestop are sooo busy they cannot call you when youre order is in. Its a good thing you are able to track your purchase yourself. You pay hundreds of dollars to these clerks to move their finger to control a cursor and enter information you could do youre self. Im just glad PlayStation.com is now selling their products directly to the customer because all GameStop shops are overrated.

Its the most popular place although its running out of stock on sone of the games, need more Newest Games an Systems. Check out Albuquerque, Phoenix Gamed Stops, Yall NEED to UPDATE on the GAMES!!

Everyone is exceptionally nice. Everything was explained fully. We ordered online. Hope that goes well too. The wait wasnt bad although there was only one employee.

Limited amount of customers, great store! Wear a mask.

Slow customer service, and I guess phone calls are a priority. Customers in line are 2nd priority.

... Blah. I never here but I did once worked here and trade and buy games. Its like any GameStop but this one is in Gallup, NM. Most times you need to have a particular item pre-ordered or order from here. Lame. But its Still a GameStop.

This is one of the best game stops i have been atThe manager and staff are so helpful and kind. They take there time to greet u and u need help with anything they are there to assist right away.

Staff always knowledgeable on merchandise and will give honest opinion. Staff wants you to leave satisfied.

It is a nice store and the people are friendly. Sometimes though the games are overpriced and their buyback is terrible, sometimes only offering a few dollars for a $60 game.
