I like the way they are remodeling the store. Starting to look really good. They always have a great verity of stuff that you just cant find at other stores.

I shop big lots to find bargains and its fun to look around and come out with a basket full goodies and essentials.

Love to shop here, not to crowded. They have alot of neat holiday decorations. Nice furniture and beds at reasonable prices. I buy baking items here, because they dont have it at other grocery stores. They a variety of organic healthy snacks. Nice Christmas gift items to buy here. However they dont offer online shopping and curbside pickup.

Good place to shop, but it was hard to navigate with the items being moved around in the store.

No one knows how to answer the phones! Trying to call about a product i paid for. They keep putting my call on hold and trasferring back and forth! Come on! Where is customer service!?

Cash was not nice, she ask me I should b standing where the sign starts, I told her your sign does say much about line should be its confusing the wording. She was not nice. About she kept sayin thing I just her be a KREAN!

Theres always something new and fun in this store. Although prices can be high, its a nice place to look around

I think the place is ok, clean and friendly clerks. I did notice that items were limited, not enough items on shelves.

The sales associates were very friendly and attentive. As for the sectional I had purchased not very well put together for the price on it. Has a hole in the fabric on the seating area. Also the recliner broke not even a week putting it together. I have been trying to contact progressive leasing and Im on hold up to an hour. No way of getting in contact with the company.

I think that sometimes its a hit or miss with the staff in the store some are friendlyand others dont have really good customer relation skills overall the store has a large variety but you can find more great deals online.

They were very busy and had lines that stretched to the furniture area entrance. All the registers were open and the line was moving smoothly when an employee told me he could help me in the furniture area. I only had one item so I quickly followed him and made my purchase. He saved me from having to wait about ten minutes. Great customer service once again. I enjoy shopping at this location because of things like this. Keep up the good work.

Big lot has everything you can think of and great prices. Holiday stuff are great. Being an awards customer also is great I get good discounts and no long lines great services.

I went to find a bed frame and mattress and got them for a really good price. The staff was pretty friendly to me as well. Its a great place to get snacks well.

No toilet paper...or necessary supplies. Need to keep stock despite virus. Saw one customer with toilet paper and store worker tell her to hurry and get it rung up...family member or friend.

Id give this place 5 stars for the employees! Great friendly folks. However, whoever is the design manager should be canned! Ive complained over and over about the ridiculous checkout that bottles up people checking out and entering the store. Also, the store has a generally unkempt appearance.
