Bad place to do business... I bought a chainsaw here, and it got stolen, so I went back to chainsaw city to check my records and to give me the serial number of my chainsaw but they said they had no records of me buy a chainsaw from them... I kept telling them I financed it from here but nothing... also bad customer service...

My experience there was not great in the beginning with the Navajo cashier. Lack customer service. But the two zuni workers were great and understanding of what I had issue with my chain saw. They had good customer service n got my chain saw service in less time. N gave me some things to watch for when using my chainsaw. Thanks!

I like the place, good to have a chainsaw dealer nearby. Kinda pricey, but like I said, its nearby. People that work there are helpful and courteous. Nuff said!

Its just ok. Average. Only other chainsaw place in the area. I prefer the other one. In house credit is a bit high. But I believe that is the only reason this place stays open. I cant really complain because I own 3 Stihl saws.

I went into this store, One man was sitting doing nothing behind the counter. I assumed he was training the fellow who helped me. I wanted a file to sharpen the blade for my saw. the clerk tells me that a 7/32 file was the correct file so I ordered three. I then asked again if that was the right size for a 3/8 th pitch, he assured me it was . I then asked the man behind the counter. who told me it was the correct file. I drove home (80 miles) and found out it was NOT the correct size and was off by 3/16th inch. I needed a 13/64th to work with my 3/8 pitch. I will not be back to that store. I hope that you all will check to make sure these peoples are correct in their judgements.I was also put off by the way they treated me, as if I was to stupid to know the sizes.If I could give less than one star I would..
