I live out of state and my sister was recently released from a lengthy hospital stay. I ordered flowers on Sheilas website for her for delivery the next day. The online ordering process was easy to navigate and user friendly. The next morning Sheila called me to let me know she was out of tulips and gave me other options to use for the bouquet. I really appreciated this because other florists I have used did a substitution without notifying me or asking for my input. I understand substitutions are sometimes a necessary thing in the floral business but I was really pleased with the communication I received from Sheilas. The bouquet was exactly what was described online (except for the tulips) and my sister was very pleased with what she received. If I ever need to send flowers in the Galt area again I will be using Sheilas.

Lori and her team helped put together the MOST casket swag for my dear Aunties celebration of life this week. Exactly what we had discussed on the phone, so elegant and beautiful. Brought tears to our eyes and our Auntie would have LOVED it! Thank YOU!

Why is there a $25 wire fee? That should be for international purchases. Live 15 minutes away. Found the flowers i wanted to purchase. Website says item is only $64.95 go to check out and subtotal goes up to $121. Thats highway robbery for a small vase of flowers.

Ordered by phone. What was delivered is not what I asked for. Roses that were in bouquetlooked old. Im disappointed

I received a beautiful arrangement Christmas Eve.It is now January 2nd and still as wonderful as the day it arrived.

Ordered flowers for a friend. Minimum amount for a delivery is a $35 arrangement. Think this is a bit ridiculous, I can understand a delivery charge but a minimum amount on top of a delivery fee is just bad business in my opinion.Although they were nice enough to lower the delivery charge seeing as the delivery was just a few blocks away.
