I went for my covid-19 vaccination. When I got there one person was ahead of me. There were 8 or so ppl waiting for the vaccine & waiting after they got it. The ppl were lovely to visit with. A retired 83yr Navy RN, a retired 30 yr naval man, wife & daughter, a 2yr old sweet baby who smiled the entire time I was there ❤.Im feeling badly for the Pharmacist who not only has to do her regular job but she has to administer the shot. They wont send anymore workers bc they dont vaccinate 500 or more. Im a retired RN who would be glad to VOLUNTEER to help. Im a great shot giver, according to many ppl! So be patient & kind. If you know anyone who might want a vaccine, as of 4/15/21 everyone above 16yrs is eligible. Get um while theyre 🔥! If you go to a Riteaid, you can get an ice cream 🍦 to pass the 20min waiting time after. Thank you for getting vaccinated!

There covid vaccine appointment are a joke, you go in at time of appointment 45 mins later you get shot . It should be given at close proximity to appointment time.

Everything, the pharmacy is a joke. Even when I call in prescription 4 hrs in advance there never ready. if I didnt live out in the country and had an option, I would never go here again. Customer Service is also really bad, it not my fault I cant understand you. 😒

Employees need better training on how to use Western Union if the store is going to offer it.Employee that helped me (if you want to call it help..) didn’t know what they were doing and became annoyed by me because of it..I went to another store that had Western Union and was helped quickly and efficiently. Within 2 min the whole process was complete.I spent over 30 min trying to get it figured out at Rite Aid..All I can say is some training on the use of WU is needed here.. and a reminder that it’s not the customer fault you are not knowledgeable on how to use it.
