Terrible selection of ice cream.Went with a milk shake vanilla. They slapped vanilla ice cream with milk in a blender. Tasted like run down vanilla ice cream.Few drops of vanilla flavor would of helped!!!Also stopped in thinking it was Baskin Robins. Ugh!

Hamburgers - yummy. Ice cream - yummier!!! First time visit, everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Will definitely go again the next time Im in Galt. ❤️❤️❤️

End of December and only barely 6 flavors of ice cream??? 2 of which were non-dairy! No vanilla, no chocolate, no strawberry! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

They never have what we want and are always out of flavors . I think they have10 to 12 flavors at the most and always out of toppings. Why call it 31 flavors you think they would at least keep backup icecream in the freezer and forget about getting the cheesecake flavor its hit or miss oh and nothing new you see online is ever available.

Two different desserts ordered and they had neither items available to make them. This is the third time I’ve been in there and they never have product to make everything on their menu. Slow as heck too.

Actually didnt have VANILLA ice cream and it was 8:00pm Saturday night also no hot fudge had to microwave some. I think they were doing nightly chores a little early.

Didnt have cookie dough or new flavors advertised.

Great service, easy parking, inside a Togos sandwich shop.

Togos and baskin robbins together is a perfect combo. Service was fast and friendly.

Im here everyday. They know me as soon As i walk in.

Waited for 15 minutes to get service on the Baskin Robbins side. No one ever came or acknowledged us, so we left and got ice cream at McDonalds.

The employees dont always understand what you are saying and if you ask for a minute they give you attitude.
