Jessie and his father John run an excellent service. Every since they opened I have been their customer. My whole family and most of my friends go there. I take all my cars to them to have my oil changed, breaks and any mechanical issues or just maintenance needed. Always fast friendly and efficient service. Love this shop. They treat all their customers with kindness and care and honesty.

I have 2 vehicles that I will forever bring to this location as the service is beyond exceptional! I get the oil changes done on my 2003 suburban and my 2016 mustang here and hands down they have amazing staff and the management is on point! Very professional! Always feel welcome and never rushed but always fast honest service! Jessie and John have this place running very well! I highly recommend them for any services needed for your vehicle! If I could 10 star I would! Also amazing prices!!

The Best Mechanic Shop In Galveston Super Fast An They Give You A Receipt

I dont know a lot about cars but my experience there usually when I change the oil is good however today I want to go see what was wrong with my AC and they told me there was too much freon inside, so they said that they needed to do a flush and add more to it which came out $150. my AC is worse now than it was when I went in.. and they told me to call them a few days later to get a quote on fixing the compressor clutch and all these other things.. i really think they got me. I told them before anything was done that the air only blew cold air when I stepped on the gas and when they were done thats when they told me about getting a quote to finish fixing it..i dont know how to feel about them anymore.

I was told to call between 8-8:30am to get ahold of an employee to talk details of a possible repair job.After much ringing, a guy picked up and I stated explaining what was going on with my car. Explaining how a mechanic had checked out the car and what had to happen. I just wanted to know the full price of service in advance of them working on it. The guy hung up. Then they just let the phone ring and ring. Not a nice way to treat a potential customer.

Super nice, super helpful. I kept adding stuff on as i thought of it but made it apparent that I was a bit concerned about cost but it didnt phase how they treated me. Only downside is they werent wearing masks... Although giving the benefit of the doubt they were outside with fans sweating and dealing with grease and whatnot... But having a little one that is too young for a mask and being pregnant it is a concern for me. All in all i would still give 5 stars and just will try and maintain space for our saftey

We called in about a problem and he told us to bring the vehicle in so that he could look at it and he looked it over put it on this little machine told us what the problem was got us a sheet for the price of the part that were going to need tell us also that if we needed to get the part from somewhere else they would still repair it we just need to make sure we had the correct part and a good part.

Will be going here; so far no reviews but i will have a review for them wenesday for a alignment i am getting trying them out. After going as soon as i park they welcomed me in asked me what i needed & got me in and out in a timely manner even provide pictures with before and after of the wheels they aligned.
