I would never take my vehicle here for service again. I bought my vehicle at this dealership in 2017 and it was a great experience. I have been here twice for service and both times have sucked. This past experience was the worst. Antonio lied to me from the time I dropped of the vehicle. The service manager was rude as well. It took 5 days for them to tell me the computer says I need a new O2 sensor with an appointment. The shuttle driver admitted to forgetting to come back and pick me up until Antonio called and reminded him. Almost 4 hours later.

No appointments needed for oil changes. Drove up, took truck into the shop and was done in under an hour.
10 hours to change oil and rotate tires with a 730 appointment.Will not be a customer here ever again.
