Very unprofessional. They let me leave the place with blood dripping down like this. They should also know to NEVER put horseshoes in starting cartilage piercings. I was in so much pain I didn’t realize what they were putting in. The next day my ear was so swollen because they had to pierce me twice in the same spot (3 times total) that I ended up going elsewhere to have the proper jewelry put in. Looking back, they didn’t wash their hands and put gloves on- then proceeded to touch everything that wasn’t sterilized. If I would have realized then, I would have asked for a refund and left.

Renee is awesome!! I am so happy she is the one who did my nieces first piercing. She made her feel calm and comfortable. Her music choices are baddass too!

They were very nice and quick! I got my conch pierced here. Had trouble with previous peircing and they cleaned the previous peircing and told me how I should care for it now due to it causing me troubles for such a long time. Highly recommend!
