There was a bit of a wait, as only one customer is allowed in at a time, but the agent behind the counter was friendly, fast, and efficient.
Went to the store to put my wife as the account holder and gave them all of the info, was told I’d receive a call in 72 hours. Then later get an email with forms I need to fill out. I don’t have a printer or scanner at home, so it’s a huge inconvenience for me to have to go back and do this since it could have all been wrapped up in the store in under 2 minutes 🤷🏻♂️
Signage made the office easy to find. Wait was way shorter than most full-sized stores. Representative was very friendly and helpful. Equipment exchange went perfectly.

Very bad costumer service. I got a call from them regarding a mistake that they made. the representitive asked me to call her back but there was absoulutly no way to contact her.they made same mistake multiple times and never took the respsibility
Too much robot. Cant get to human. Service sucks.

I do wish that we had the name of the young man who fixed our problem. He worked quietly and quickly. Then he was gone -- like an old cowboy. Do the job then head out. We are very pleased by his work and would like to give him kudos. Thank you young man!!!!!
We moved here in Feb 2020 Only internet option we have is Comcast. Well to make a long story short the service is horrible, Service goes out 3 to 4 times a day every day of the week. I tried to call them and get a cable line on the poles fixed as it was falling down, And they said they could fix my problem remotely?

Easy location inside Water Department at city hall. Only one rep is there so the three person line I had to wait through took a while. Still was way shorter than round trip drive to nearest store on mainland. If you remember that while there it makes the wait much easier.

The service center is inside the utility building on the first floor of city hall. There is a very helpful rep that is able to sign anyone up for service or change out your equipment. Really great experience here!!
Location shown and address do not exist. Closest office over 20 miles away. I confirmed from Comcast on a call. Waste of time. As of Jan. 2019. Comcast had no record of this office on their 800 number.
This is a one-deep shop, so dont show up during lunch. If you have a job, it is not convenient. Not open on weekends, so drove to Dickinson. The office by HEB never seems to have a big line (zero wait time).
Well, when I called the number listed for the office in Galveston, Tx, I received the automated system telling me that there is no location in Galveston, TX. I then called the customer service number, and to say that the agent did not listen to what I was explaining would be an understatement. After explaining to him three times what I needed, he finally told me that there was no store in Galveston, but there was one in Katy, TX and wanted me to return the equipment there. What a joke. The CSRs really need listening skills training!
I had the same experience. The representative told me they had a location in Galveston and when I looked it up on Google it said 1st floor, 823 25th St, Galveston, TX 77550. I read the other comment and wanted to verify if this address was correct and sure enough it wasnt. The representative told me that the closest one I could return my cable box was in League City. The address is 2865 Gulf Freeway South and I believe it maybe off exit 20. The store in League City is an XFINITY store.
Very nice to have a comcast on the island instead of having to drive to league city. When you go in the building and its right there..just sign in and thats it. You will have to park on the street out front :)

I found that we had a service center right in the 1st floor of City Hall, but when I called the 800 number, they told me that this location was closed even though I told him there were reviews as recent as 2 months ago!! He apologized and referred me to the League City location 37 miles away from the island. Needless to say, I stopped by the closed location and VIOLA, there is in fact an open for business Infinity/Comcast office with no lines, ANN, you were awesome!!!!!! The 5 Stras are for the Galveston lo ation rep, Ann. 0 stars to the 800 number phone rep, Mike, Comcast, please train and update your Customer Service representatives some of us cant afford to drive that far due to health issues!

Horrible customer service....given different answers just for internet prices...given wrong equipment....transferred to multiple people then went to return wrong equipment and this place is closed!
