Kelsey Seybold sent in order twice via the computer system but it didnt go through third the doctor had to call in order possibly fax. I was told call to check status fist time they didnt have records of prescription 2nd time fax line was answering. It close to pharmacy closing when I arrived gave name of husband to person at counter then pharmacist behind said they didnt have drug! I had run out pharmacies that were still open. My husband was suffering back at hotel. I had to beg for drug to be dispensed. I was angry, seems like a third world situation. Part of the prescription was dispensed but only after I had a partial meltdown.

Pharmacist attention to detail is good.assistant worked out details for drug coupon from astrazenica for me .quick service. Over all I was pleased.

Have always had good service and prices at this pharmacy.

The last couple of months have been problematic with this pharmacy. They routinely run out of a particular prescription and don’t re-order it, leaving the customer waiting for it to arrive. When it finally does arrive, they don’t fill the order although it was placed a week ago.They need to be more proactive. If you need a prescription somewhat quickly, look elsewhere.

Wintering in Galveston with several friends. Weve for the most part had good service through this pharmacy, but they do have a problem with follow through. When getting scripts transferred to Galveston from home they say theyll let you know when they are filled, but they dont call. You end up calling them back. Also, had one that needed to be authorized by my doctor, but they just filled one and didnt fill the other not telling me I would have to call my doctor to call the script refill to them. I waited several days for a fill and ended up calling them to find out what was going on. Follow through is good customer service!

Walmart Pharmacy promptly filled a prescription while we were in Galveston temporarily at that time.They really went the extra mile for us !!

We use the Walmart Pharmacy, while traveling. This is the absolute worse one we have used. The perscriptions we took in to be filled, ( I believe it was 3), we were given 6 and told the rest would be available in 2-3 days!!!! The last one the DR. called us and said they had contacted them with a new prescription for grandma, ( this was on a Friday) and Saturday we went in to pick it up and had to wait for over an hour for them to get some in their store!! The next time we are in Galveston, we will not use this pharmacy, we will locate another one, and drive there!! I would not reccomend this pharmacy to anyone!!

The worst Walmart pharmacy ever. This is the second and final chance . . . . 6 hours since a prescription was sent over and I arrive just to be told itll be another 15 minutes. The absolute worse. NEGATIVE 5 stars.

Stayed on hold for 12 minutes then they hung up!
