This is my second time renting storage at this place. It’s very clean. Staff is helpful no hidden fees. I didn’t even look or call pricing any place else! Thank you for all your help

Clean would be better if they stayed open a little later.

The young lady running it is really nice. She worked with me and was never anything but pleasant!The property could use a repaving but for the most part it was a nice place and a good experience!My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I went thinking I was getting a 5x10 for a great deal I saw online, but got a 10x5 for almost $40 more......(?).I ended up getting my stuff out much earlier than I needed to because of the budget I set for it.I will use them again 🙂

A great and helpful staff! Ive had a unit there many times and this stretch is over 2 yrs. Impecable service from Sam and David is always on top of it as well. We have a non climate controlled unit and even through the recent weather our unit is still clean and dry and just as we left it. Good security at this location and always top notch customer service! If you need storage space, your items will be safe here.

Everytime you stop by no one is every in office, and i you want to rent a uhaul truck. this location does not even clean the uhaul trucks down. It is like climbing into a dumpster when you rent a truck from this place and the employees are rude.

My brother & I rented my friend Laura Lundy a uhaul from them they were quick nice and no hassle from start to finish.

Very friendly. The staff was amazing both on the phone and in person. David was very punctual at getting us in the Uhaul we needed and extremely friendly. Loved the atmosphere and customer service I received.

Ive been leasing a unit here for over a year. For the last week of the month I was trying to enter my unit after hours as I work and my gate code would not work, I called the desk twice and they said everything was fine no issues with my account. I finally had a day off to call yesterday which was the first and I was told management would call back, this morning their response was sorry we cant help you and there are no records of you calling in with a problem so you need to pay rent to get your belongings.In highly upset with these actions, all I want is my last few belongings and vacate the unit...

Not happy. Came in and reserved a spot for our trailer, came back a week later to measure the area and were told we had plenty of time to finalize. Came back well within the reservation deadline to finalize and were told they gave the spot away they put us in a different spot that turned out to be to small but that we could have a bigger spot for $20 more than the cost of the original spot that they had given away. Unprofessional and unreliable. Sad!!

STEER CLEAR AT ALL COST!! I got an eviction notice for my classic car car because the tire went flat and the cover tore. Of course my damn cover tore were in Galveston for Gods sake between the wind and intense sun car Covers dont stand a chance AND on top of that after 3 years of it being they decided that my non-op registration isnt good enough!!!! Ive paid these people faithfully for 3 years NEVER missing a payment and this is how I get treated! DO NOT TRUST/USE THIS PLACE EVER!!!

My brother died at the end of April. He had an overdue notice for Aprils storage fee which I received on May 2 by text from his roommate in CA. I promptly called the office and paid for both April & May as needed, because it was going to take a bit of work to get the unit emptied as I live 3,000 miles away. I requested that the office call me back with details of what they needed in order to release the units contents to Texas relatives (who are not next of kin). I never received a call back. I called again on May 7th and never received a call back. I called on May 20 and found out that they needed a notarized signature from the next of kin (my mother). By that point, my mother was 90 miles away, at her remote home and the nearest notary was 30 miles away by boat. She had been flown to Fairbanks by helicopter due to the emergency in late April, was here for 7 days, returned home, and by late May, the river was still too low to allow her to leave there. Because of this, we would not be able to remove my brothers belongings until June. Of course, Watson & Taylor would NOT waive the monthly fee for June due to these circumstances or their lack of customer service.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Called at 9:02am asking how to get inside as this was my first time there. For some reason calling during business hours and the office is supposed to be open gives the right for the girl working up front to give an attitude. She had an attitude question after question when asking for information about a UHAUL truck until I was not going to have it anymore. I confronted her about her attitude and stated facts of calling at 9:02AM during BUSINESS HOURS should be completely okay and to check her attitude. The rest of the conversation she sounded like she was trying to hold back a cry or a scream, Im not sure and I dont care. All I care about is professional service. And before I hear We at Watson & Taylor Self Storage strive for... blah blah, confront your worker first then respond to me.Avoid this storage at all costs for any of your storage or UHAUL truck needs.

The worst storage facility Ive ever dealt with. They auctioned off my belongings the day before they were suppose to so I lost all my belongings including my fathers ashes. Im suing the shot out of this facility. Mark my words and I have evidence and proof they sold it the day before. You guys are going down. You messed with the wrong woman.

Never shop here EVER, when I first arrived at the location my dad, mom, and I spoke to the uhaul agent David Johnson about dropping the uhaul off in a Houston location and he assured me multiple times that yes we would be able to drop it in Houston and the drop location will be on our documents so I packed up all my items in Galveston then drove to Houston when I drop everything in Houston I’m looking through the documents to try and find the drop location but there isn’t one so I call the Watson & Taylor self storage Galveston location more that 5 times and tried to speak to David Johnston they kept saying he was unavailable but immediately I called from a different number and he answered I spoke to him and said “you assured me that I’d be able to drop the uhaul in Houston can you give me the location” his reply was “umm no you are lying I never assured anything to you, we spoke about to bringing the truck back to Galveston and that was final” when I tried to explain to him that it must’ve been a misunderstanding his reply was “Well you need to bring the uhaul back to Galveston or you will be charged a fee if you can’t bring it back that’s none of my problem it’s on you” afterwards he hung up on me so my mom ended up driving all the way back to Galveston and no one was available to speak to and now I’m being charged a fee for going over the mileage that was given to them at the beginning of the process, long story short steer clear of this location

Because I dont own a car and ride in on my bike, Im told I am limited to office hours to exit the facility since this facility does not have an inside keypad or one way door to exit while the office is closed. I do not recommend this place if you do not own a car.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the unit clean and ready for me to move my stuff into. They cheerfully honored my internet coupon and respected my desire to not provide by SSN on their form.

There was a computer issue when I rented my Uhual form this location but due to all of the paper work and documentation that David Johnson keeps the issue was quickly resolved when brought to attention.

Storage facility. Could use better maintenance.

The customer service was excellent. My storage space was clean and free of insects from the day I moved in till the day I moved out and I really liked that.

Its been OK so far, just wish they had more bigger units available...

Call before even though making reservations.

Dont pass up this opportunity to argue and fight with condescending staff, pay extra insurance fees to cover items your not liable for, and poor service
