This product is amazing and worth every penny. Most importantly Mark has been there to support going so far above and beyond to ensure the product is working optimally. We’ve had our mount for several months and we are incredibly pleased with the product and customer support. The first thing our kids do when their friends come over is ask where the TV is and flip the hidden TV mount... it’s the sleekest and coolest mount on the market.

We absolutely LOVE our motorized Hidden Vision TV mount. We chose the mirror on the flip side and really enjoy having the options. So I like to keep things in front of the TV but usually have to move them since the TV does come down and forward when you flip it. The other day, my husband was flipping the TV around and it became stuck on a large ginger jar in front - No!!! We did a little research and I reached out to Karen for support. We were able to reset the arms and get them back on track with the help of replacing some fuses. All is well to include my ginger jar :) If youre considering adding a Hidden Vision TV mount to your home, I couldnt recommend it more; especially knowing youve got support a phone call or an email away! Excellent product, above and beyond customer service, take your time on install. Follow directions and it’s not too hard to do.Will be installing another next month!
