Recently had my Mustang painted base coat/clear coat, back too factory color. The paint turned out very well. Excellent experience going through Maaco of garden city. Allen and Mark were great too work with. I only have good things too say.

My car was very emmaculent paint and body job. However, I had to bring my car back because my interior was left very dirty and dusty. And also my GM small metal embilims were not originally replaced on the bottom. Instead, more on the top sides. I just wish things are back the way I brought it in.

Went to Maaco in Garden City to get my back passenger side door fixed. They were extremely quick and professional. Since I was paying out of pocket, they worked to make it a little less pricey. I was originally quoted about 4-5 days to fix, including ordering the part, but they were done in 3, which was awesome! All the guys were extremely friendly and helpful. My door looks great as well! Highly recommend coming here for any body shop work you might need.

I took my 2003 Jeep Wrangler to Maaco for some body work and paint. From start to finish my experience was excellent. The service I received from Mark was amazing. His knowledge and experience ensured I had the best paint for my vehicle. The work was done on time, the paint on my jeep is flawless. I had the $300 special on urethane 1 stage on December 2017. I was sold the sealer on special $70, out of the door i paid $377. The paint was very good for the money i paid. Nice and shinny, very ltittle orange peel, good coverage. it didnt match,see photos. My car was silver, I was told it would not match 100%, but the end product was not close at all. I definitely liked my old silver color, i am not sure what you call the color on the car currently.Notice they painted part of the grille without my approval.

Mark and Jon took very good care of me. My 11 year old grand marquis needed some work and a fresh paint job. Minor rust spots with many scratches and a few dents. Painting was peeling as well. Dropped it off on a Tuesday picked it up the following Friday May 3, 2019 . Clean paint job, I enjoy the new color. I’ll be back plus I’ll recommend friends and family.I went with the top of the line package. $1600

They Did a great job on my 69’ Impala, it came out beyond what I was expecting, they smoothed out areas that needed to be done, They took my original pain job to the next level. They were reasonable with their price as well, I’d definitely recommend this place of business.

My second time using there service and have been very satisfied after each time.

I brought in an older model mkz that had been repaired after being wrecked using parts from another mkz. The issue was that my mkz was a tri coat pearl color and the replacement parts were just white. The contrast of the two colors detracted from the look of an otherwise really nice looking car. The trick was that the whole car did not need to be painted and the old paint had some noticeable sun fade. The guy who repaired the car who did a great job said that he could also do the paint job but actually recommended Mark at the garden city macco stating that they would do a better job. I’m so glad that I took his advise. Mark and his crew did a fantastic job. The car looks showroom new and the price was VERY reasonable. The turn around was fast too, only taking three days to complete the job. I could not be happier. 5 stars all the way.

I recently had my 2005 Chrysler 300 painted. My deceased grandfather was the original owner of the car and he gave me his car in 2014. So the Chrysler 300 carry some sentimental value to me. However, over the years, my car had accumulated some rust and chipped paint. The staff at Maaco collision did a wonderful job, I feel like Im driving a brand new car. I am so happy and pleased that I would easily refer Maaco Collision. Thank you so much. I cant stop looking at my car!!!!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Took my truck here to get some paint bubbles corrected before the rust got too bad on my cab corners and rockers. 1 week later paint was bubbling again but this time filled with water. Over spray everywhere. Not 1 year later all my cab corners and rockers rotted out completely. Here is the kicker.my cab corners were stuffed with paper towels then body filler over that. I will always recommend ANYWHERE ELSE than here.

So far everyone has been great. I will update after the work is complete.

I Bought a 2005 Toyota 4Runner from Georgia, in Michigan a car that old has practically disintegrated from rust due to the winter salt, but it was really clean except the roof was sun damaged as well as the passenger side. ( sorry I’m excited about the car). Mark took my order, and it was really a pleasant experience. I understood exactly each grade of painting Maaco offered for my situation, and the job was fantastic when I went to pick it up. I am still geeked, and feel I was treated fairly, and got a great paint job. It looks brand new!!! Will take pics in the morning

I struggled to find a place that would paint my car after I did some body work myself after a small accident. I was pleasantly surprised with such courteous employees at Maaco! It was like a breath of fresh air. I was even more excited for the fair price (to paint my entire vehicle, basic job) AND quick turn around time! Wow. I spent two weeks calling different places and no one came close to the service or price. One month later, Im still in love with my vehicle that now looks brand new!!! 100% recommend. Took my Jeep here for a bumper and door repair last year and they did a great job with matching the paint color and finishing the job in a timely manner. Recently took my Jeep back for a fix on with the track for my window and they ordered the part and fixed it within 30 minutes. Mark helped me out both times and was very helpful and kind. Service was absolutely awesome. John was fantastic from scheduling estimate to estimate to ordering parts and communicating throughout work.However I now have a bright bright white bumper that doesn’t remotely match my pearl white Flex. The Flex looks a dull white and the bumper looks white-out white.I asked a friend who I assumed would reassure me it “wasn’t that bad” and his response was “it’s truly awful, I’m sorry”.I would recommend Macco for their customer service but not their actual work.

Picked up my truck after paying $1,700 for stripping back of cab and both doors and paint was pealing on both sides at back of cab corners. Told sales man that this was not right and he got hostile, telling me I did not pay for the corners. I told him why would I spend $1700 on back of cab and doors and not the corners? He continued to be hostile so I just paid for the work and left.

I took my car and got estimate which was good, there was some mix up with Synchrony credit system and ownership changing, but Jon and staff were very good about handling the problem before he could get out of hand. I call back regrading my rebate and Jon was willing to take step and call the company Synchrony again. The paint job was excellent :):):)

Had a bumper and door touched up here. Pricing was fair, service was great, and the final paint job looks beautiful; cant even tell it isnt factory paint unless youre on hands and knees inspecting it. They even went out of their way to work the repair into my schedule despite it being a very busy time of year for them. Id suggest stopping in for a quote if you need work done.

They do good paint work, but there always seems to be some mistake that needs to be followed up on... This time, we picked up the vehicle and found the drivers seat soaking wet! I can only conclude the window was left open in the rain. Who knows for how long... An hour? Overnight?

I had my car painted, 2 months later I had flakes and chips, the owner Mark says their warranty doesnt cover any chips or scratches, after his employee Brandon told me that its a year warranty on chips and scratches...long story short, this was one of the worst customer service experiences ever and I recommend avoiding this place.

Mark was so helpful in getting me in touch with the insurance company and giving me a quote and the time frame he would have my car. My car was done in the few days he quoted and looked just like new. I would tell anyone about this place.

I love these guys. Mark is such a nice guy, honestly everyone who works there really makes an effort to be polite to the customer. I know some of them by first name (Mark, Tony, Brandon). They will work with you and try to help you out. Above all they are very honest. I’ve taken 2 vehicles to them a 1991 thunderbird super coupe that needed paint and some bodywork and that turned out very nice. I also took them a 1970 thunderbird, which normally they don’t do classics, but they looked mine over and seen It had minimal on rust and was in decent enough shape that they decided they would paint it for me. It turned out great very happy again as always. Took that car to Woodward and got a lot of attention. Mind you I’m a college student and I just got the minimal package and it turned out fantastic. Single stage paint is definitely an affordable alternative and I would recommend it. Would like to post pictures.

I could not have had a better experience after my poor bumper was accidently pulled off. John showed me exactly what part was needed to get my car fixed and wasnt trying to upsell anything extra on a 18 year old car. And they managed to use my old bumper :) The car was also fixed in an extremely timely manner on the day I asked to be fit in despite the week being busy. Keep up the great service guys!

I really dont know what to say about MAACO at this point. If you go to any MAACO for a paint job, ☆☆YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR☆☆ I got not the lowest price project, but the next lowest price. Within 6 to 7 months I started to see chips, then peeling and some corrosion. I recommend going to a shop where they paint your vehicle in a non contaminated area, just pulling it out I over it seen the work saw sand and dust particles under the paint. I recommend going to a shop that specializes in auto paint. On the other hand, if your looking for a quick fix paint job for the time being. Which is what I needed, definitely check it out. Dont spend a fortune there, spend your hard earned money at a collision/paint shop. Thats if you like swing things like this.....

They did a great job repairing my infiniti g35A tree branch fell on my car and you cant even tell and at half the price of the dealership. They were quick clean and even gave me a ride home when i dropped my car off. If i ever need any work done again ill be here for sure

When I was there and they were about to close they made sure they help me with an estimate paint job for my hood for a brand new hood and paint job would only cost me 805.00 with a security deposit of 580.00

This happened about 4 years ago, just now getting into writing reviews because good businesses deserve props and bad ones deserve exposure:Had almost $3,000 dollars worth of body work done on my car after it was rear ended. After getting it back, the inside was completely covered in dust and a fine coat of paint primer. I approached the owner, who angrily took the car back into the shop. He brought the car back out after 15 minutes, the inside was smeared with the same dust and primer, and the windows were now spit on. I was pretty stunned at the childishness.

Mark and Jon were great to work with on my BMW. They are fair in quotes and do great work!

1 star for customer service. I called about the paint specials and he was too busy to answer some basic questions and kept cutting me off. He was just pushing to get me to come in. Probably doesnt want to answer questions on the phone because the $299 doesnt cover anything. I told him if he cant answer a couple questions, then hes too busy for my business.

They did a great job fixing my paint, you cant tell I backed into a door with my truck. The only issue is I found a piece of dirt stuck in the paint its small and not really noticeable so for the price I paid Im not going to cry about it.

Not happy with my overall experience. Job was completed after making 2 additional trips as a result of discovering flaws in the repairs. Needless to say that created multiple inconveniences, the biggest being my time that i was not financially compensated for. I can still see multiple imperfections. Maybe my thought of a job being done right the first time is not a reasonable expectation of a service provider...*job was not completed by date given*had to bring vehicle back after discovering repair on light wasnt aligned*when vehicle was given back i had a bolt in my tire that i had to get repaired*grill was not secured*blinker didnt work after intial repair.
