Went for oil change &tire rotation.The mechanic working in my car spent almost 3 hours wasting the time, looking every 2 minutes in the work order,getting tools,talking to others.I was paying fix amount so dealer paid his hours wasted in nothing. Oh he couldent get my tires out so was not charged for that

My niece come here all the time to get her truck worked on have no problems, but today the person she dealt with her today, was very very disrespectful. He told her that she couldnt get her tires rotated today.
