Honest employees. While installing tires they told me that 1 tire pressure sensor was not working and I agreed to replace it. They later realized their plastic valve would not match my chrome valves and suggested I may want to purchase the valve elsewhere so it would not affect how my sporty car looks. Wow...their honesty above profit attitide won me over.
Dropped in early in the morning. They had plenty of tires in my size. They changed out 4 tires in less than an hour. Friendly, quick and excellent service.
Got right in. Friendly peopleDo things the way you want them done. Clean up after themselves. No mess no fuss. Thx
Horrible attitude from some guy at the front desk, but the service was fast. So, I was not entirely displeased
Tire repair. They took care of it right away while I waited. Friendly service.
I contacted Kansasland in Garden City because I needed new tires on my car and I also needed them aligned. Also, I needed work done on my suspension. I called and spoke with Jose early one morning and asked him to quote me four tires, including mounting, balancing, disposal and alignment. He quoted me $494.94. I specifically asked him twice if this price included everything and twice he stated yes. I told them I would call back as I was pricing different locations. After a few other calls, I called back as Kansasland had the best price. I confirmed they had the tires and asked several times if I needed to make an appointment. They said no and to just come in. Once I arrived, I asked to confirm the price, with Jose, the same man who quoted me the price on the phone and he gave me the same price. When I asked to confirm that this included alignment, he said no. I drove an hour for these tires so I didnt feel like leaving without getting them so reluctantly I paid the additional cost for alignment. It was 1:30. I didnt get my car back until almost 6:30. This was after being skipped by people who had appointments even though I was told an appointment wasnt necessary. The guy who worked on my car did an amazing job but Jose seemed like he could care less about his customers. The mechanic did a great job on my car but I will not be returning.
Awesome place! Thanks to Jose for the great service and for getting me in on short notice. Definitely going to be my go to for routine car maintenance.
Got my tires rotated and an oil change. They also noticed other things and recommended to fix. My car I can tell the difference so much appreciated!
Got 2 new tires put on and in less then 30 minutes. Will get my tire needs done here from now on.
Good service good price friendly people thank you
They stripped wheel lock key to my car. Whom ever changed the tires didnt bother to own up to it. Took car to a mechanic to check out a sound the car was making when braking couple weeks later. When mechanic asked for the wheel lock key he told me couldnt take the car into shop due to key being stripped.Went back to kansasland tire & service after leaving mechanics shop. At first they agreed to replace the wheel lock key. Ended up being I need some numbers that comes in the bag where the wheel lock key is stored. I bought the car used so those number they needed were missing. Was told that by sending a picture they might be able to match the wheel lock key. This is where things started to go bad. I was told that they would only order one and if it didnt fit it wasnt on them and that was that. I told them they worked on the car and stripped the key so they were responsible for the damage. They proceeded to say we dont know if you took the car to some other shop and they stripped it. Needless to say I was frustrated at this point. I planned on going up the chain of command if it didnt fit.Luckily the wheel lock that came in did fit my car.My wife drives this car and she is always on the road commuting back and forth to school. Had she gotten a flat tire it would have been a headache. A headache that is not worth the trouble of saving couple buck by shopping here. For anyone that does have wheel lock on their cars make sure to check your wheel lock key before leaving the shop.
Walked in about 5:25pm they close at 6pm. Told me they couldnt look at my tire cause they close at 6pm. Will not go back again due to horrible customer service.
Had a tire with a slow leak that needed fixed while in the area... they jumped right on it, great customer service!!
Fast and great service!
Jose knows his stuff.Great service by his his guys. They got it done at a reasonable price.
Kaiden was Amazing and friendly
The quality of service was good. After my service i was surprised to find out all my radio preset stations were gone.
Great people. Great Service.
Thankful to KansasLand tire,With my family of 5 sitting on the side of the road with a blow out, they were speedy at getting to us to fix the flat! Price is understandable with the emergency service situations. Thank you to the entire crew!!The Murrow/Golden family
The money we saved in sales tax more than paid for the gas. We ordered our tires, set up an afternoon, and were helped the moment we arrived. Good service so far. Tires installed and balanced and aired correctly. Would recommend.
Service is mediocre good new manager though
This tireshop is the worst business I have ever dealt with. They will ripp you off. Their tires are made in China and more expensive than than the brand name tire such as Good Year.We purchased an unbrand name tire for our Subaru totaled $120 in Jan 2018, 6 months later it blew out on the highway. We took it back their for the insurance they said we did not have purchased the insurance package for it so they refused to replace it. . I would give them a zero star if I can.. WalMart tireshop is the best placeYou dont want to put your safety by doing business with KLtire.
I have been in twice and have not had to wait yet. Work was done quickly and done right.
I had a RFI (right, front, inside) truck tire, flat with a bolt hole in it on a kenworth W900.... It was late on a Friday, and I had just discovered it in Holcomb, Kansas after unloading cattle there... I called Kansasland Tire, and the guy said, if I was there a 1/2 hour before closing time, we can get to it. And I was... (Its Memorial Day Weekend, so I can understand wanting to wrap everything up at closing time and be out to start your weekend... I get all that.)The guy did a great job getting it jacked up, lugs and wheels off, locating hole in tread, and dismounting tire fairly quickly and efficiently. Then the forman told me it might be too big a hole to patch, (wich it wasnt if done correctly) then told the tech to try and fix it. He proceeded to grind a BIG hole all the way the inner liner of the tire, bigger than the patch he used, (pictures attached I took at the Oasis Petro in Colby, Kansas, where they showed me the damage.... Air inside tire just leaks out through big hole in inner liner) when all he needed to do was EVENLY rough up a larger area around hole with a little texture, and patch it! Got a descent deal on a good used tire that matched up with the outside dual for $200, but should NEVER have had to buy another tire to begin with!Final point of this long winded rant....If you cant train your emoloyees how fix a tire right, not rush a job because its almost closing time, and RUIN a customer tire, maybe you should get out of the business of saying you can fix a truck tire.... peace, Im out.
Dont come here worst customer service, tires are bad.
Good place for tires and works with the community
Staff acted like I was bothering them asking for a quote. Found it rude and went elsewhere
They did an oil change for us. They were busy but were friendly and their estimation on completion time wasnt far off. They had more people ahead of us than the place we used to use but got it done in less time.
Great hardworking staff.
Not a customer friendly place. Avoid if at all possible.
Fast and efficient service
Thorough and precise.
