I found maggots in all 5 of my tea containers. I was disgusted thinking about how I would drink this not knowing what bugs were inside of it. Ill never buy tea from here again. Customer service was wonderful, they gave me back a refund, and I appreciate the effort!

Purchased 11/30/20 as a gift. Didnt ship for over 10 days. Took 8 days to arrive via shipping...All this I can understand and forgive. However, when I received and opened the package on 12/18/20, they had shipped me the wrong tea. I tried to call their 800 hotline, and was unable to get through to a rep, despite over four hours of business time left. Sent an email on 12/18/20, and have yet to hear back in any way other than the immediate, automated receipt-of-communication email. Even accounting for the place being closed for Christmas and New Years Eve, thats 14 days of silence from a company that took my money, abused my patience, and failed to deliver the proper merchandise or even the basic consolation of a human reply and an apology. Never, ever do business with a company that treats its customers this poorly...especially at a time when our business should be more important, and more appreciated, than ever. Shame on you, Davids Tea. Horrible!Update: Finally got a response via email on 1/14/21. On 1/16/21 the company agreed to issue a refund, which was posted to my account on 1/28/21. I cant say any part of my experience was smooth or pleasant, but I do appreciate that Davids Tea made things right in the end, and felt that I should give credit where credit is due, and update my review to include the resolution to this misadventure.

Omg... It was such a pleasant visit. I got the tea kettle that I came there for. And she recommended some very delicious tea. She gave me some tips on handle the tea. I felt so informed. Great customer service!! . I left with a smile on my face. Very satisfied. I will return.

I went in not knowing what to get and walked out with a bag of delicious teas! The staff is very knowledgeable and they always have different samples every day to try new things. That and their sales on hard goods are great! I picked up 3 steel thrmoses for only 10$ea :)

The staff at this location are wonderful and always provide excellent personal incite on teas. Issac and Mark are especially helpful and I appreciate their positive attitudes in addition to great knowledge on the products

I Veronica M, was amazed of the knowledge that the employer had regarding all the types of teas they sell. Theyre very friendly and welcoming, very clean. And, outstanding customer service! I will definitely be back in there( roosevelt field). Cant wait to go back and buy some more different types of teas. I even told my friends & family:)

The Tea is good quality. However, the prices are expensive for the non-organic teas. I wish they’d have more organic teas because the pesticides are sprayed onto the leaves directly more than once during the plant life cycle. Those are the leaves that are in our tea bags.

A great tea spot. The tea baristas(?) knew their tea and gave my son and I not only great tea abut a lesson on how tea is brewed. Without being pushy, we were shown several different tea brewing products and were allowed to smell various teas to decide on a tea we wanted to drink.

Its a great place but unfortunately every time we come to the store there is a new staff member. I wanted to be a regular customer but thats hard to do when the staff turnover rate is this high. The last few people were great and I would buy $50. worth of Macha or some other tea just because I loved the store and staff... this time.. the staff was rude, not inviting and definitely not as friendly as the staff in the past therefore I only bought a peach tea which was free because of how much I buy.. and because of this i have to find a new tea place, I really dont think Ill be coming back to this particular one and as good as the tea is here its your staff that keeps the customers coming but this place hasnt learned that yet. Outstanding staff!!!One day I stopped by David’s tea and forgot a small bag with Swarovski gift for my friend at the check out register. I noticed that when I got home and of course it was after the mall was closed. Too bad I don’t remember the name, but when I called the guy said he found a bag and saved it for me so I can pick it up next day. I picked it up next day and the $100 bracelet was still there. I was thrilled by the honesty and friendliness on the staff members. Thank you so much for providing great service to your costumers.And of course the tea is amazing, I go there all the time. Namastea and toasted walnut are my favorite

My 1st time visiting this location. I gave it 3 stars because the sales associate didnt explain the concept of the purchase with the tins and the customer scooping their own leaves. She told it to me as part of the sales pitch, but I had to ask her to elaborate after saying it was my 1st time there.

Tea was phenomenal. I had the maple syrup oolong with agave. I see why they outlasted Teavana. I like that you can try the tea right there before buying it and that you can buy a full cup if you dont want to buy by the pound. Salesperson was cool too. Also found reusable straws too and brought them as well. Will like to return.

Ryan and Tamara were super nice and accommodating. They extended the value of our promotion and helped us personalize our beverages to the exact way we wanted it.

When you come here you can do two things, buy loose tea or ask for them to make you a cup. When I come, theres always some excuse as to why they can’t make me tea. I went last night and bc it was 8 o’clock (an hour and a half to closing) the guy mumbled some excuse as to why he cant make me tea, even though the store was empty. Its not some complicated thing, I could make this myself. Their tea is amazing though.

Great location and beautiful view of the lake but damn they need to dedicate a few million to facilities! Smelly hallways, dated rooms, full sized beds, not queen sized and the outside board and batten is literally falling apart!

Davids Tea is overrated. The tea is disgusting to taste. I actually tried several flavors that they were promoting during their grand opening. They all tasted like bitter cardboard with barely any hint of the actual flavor of the tea.Davids Tea is a wannabe version of Teavana. Dont get ripped off from your pocket and your tastebuds.
