Quality work. The owner and his team of technicians clearly love what they do. The boat was there for quite some time as I expected. But hey, this is boating season, and everyone is wanting their trailers worked on too. Well worth the wait.Anyway, I have all new bunks, bunk carpets, new hubs, new bearings, new surge brake actuator, and more. They treated me like family and old friends. I will definitely be back!

I took my Magic Tilt boat trailer to B and B because it was over 15 years old and needed some work. When I arrived one of the lead mechanics came out and helped me immediately. The office manager came out and reviewed some of the things I wanted done. He made a few helpful suggestions for wiring on the trailer that I had just done myself. B and B goes over every inch of the trailer and emails you an estimate. I knew B and B was good just by looking around their work site. There were dozens of trailers of all types being worked on.When I picked up my trailer, the office manager went over all the work and then made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. The work completed by B and B was extensive. The quality of the work was excellent. The trailer technicians take a lot of pride in their work and its shows in the finished product. Their prices are competitive and there is absolutely no up-selling. I ended up purchasing a spare rim and tire for my newly restored trailer and the price for this was below any major retailer I had looked at online. I would highly recommend B and B trailers of Savannah. The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Frank and his team know their stuff! We have about a dozen trailers ranging from small single axle lawnmower haulers to 20 yard dump trailers, to fully tandem axle enclosed tool and equipment trailers. They do all of our trailer maintenance and repairs. They always do a fantastic job and keep our fleet working.

While heading back to Wis., I stopped in to get a bearing cover. Frank took a walk around the trailer(more than once) and said this trailer is totalled! I lost a wheel after hitting a tire tread in the road. He said, Ive been around trailers for 31 yrs and this thing is twisted. Frank is a very caring guy. Did everything he could to get me taken care of. Ordered new trailer, did some fabricating, provided better tie down straps and upgraded the winch. Trailer towed fantastic! This would be my go to shop

Mr. Frank was honest and straightforward. Repaired my trailer and went over the work with me and my wife. Gave me tips on maintenance as well as recommending yearly checkups which I will do. Best trailer shop in town for sure. I was headed out of town and had electrical issues on the trailer. They were slammed busy, but took the time to stop what they were doing and get me fixed up so I could get on the road. It took one of their guys about 30 minutes to find a broken wire inside the wall of the cargo trailer and get it fixed. It would have taken me 1/2 a day to find it. First class service and the price was way lower than expected.Thanks B & B.

I had a great experience at B & B Trailers. I needed some work done on a 23 year old boat trailer, B & B did a full inspection of the trailer, provided a timely and reasonable quote via email, and delivered quality results. I am extremely happy with the work they did, and feel safer pulling my trailer around now. All of the staff were totally professional, pride themselves on their work and were very friendly and helpful. You could tell that they really enjoy working there. Life savers is a short and accurate way to describe these guys and gals. They were able to help me out with a complete hub and bearing set at a more than reasonable price in record time. That saved me a ton of money on roadside assistance and possibly having to tow a broken trailer with a boat on it.They were very helpful on the phone and we were able to get the right parts very quick. I was on the road again (safely) within 2h after my first call to them, and thats with a 1h drive to their place and back.Thank you!

I had trouble with my boat trailer and was broke down on I 95 and luckily Frank from B&B pulled up behind me to help. He strapped the boat down and followed me off 95 to a truck stop. He looked over the trailer and saw it was rusted badly and wouldnt make the rest of my trip home. He said he had a trailer at his shop and he would have his guys bring it to me and swap my boat over. I was about 90 minutes from his place. His guys showed up with the new trailer and swapped everything over and took my old trailer away. I was back on the road in about 5 hours. What I great guy with great employees. They are top notch people. If you need anything for your trailer, this is the place to go.Thank you so much!!

Had a issue with the break away cable on my trailer. Called B&B and spoke to Frank, he told me he was busy but to stop by and he would take a look at it. About 30min later he had the problem resolved and had us on our way. HUGE thanks to Frank and the guys at B&B! Highly recommend over any other repair shop in the area!

Came up to Savannah, GA on Thursday with our 38ft fifth wheel RV. Had a heck of a time unhooking from the truck. Noticed the Rv sagging on one side. Found some broken leaf springs. Went on line and found 4 places that could help and called them all. No one could help for at least a week to two weeks. One guy said call Frank at this number, maybe he can help. Called Frank Thursday evening said maybe Monday, Friday too busy, Saturday we don’t work. I told him our predicament and he changed gears. Frank told me he’d get a couple guys in on Saturday and get us going. That’s exactly what happened. After 5-6 hrs on Saturday we were on our way. These people were super. Went out of there way for complete strangers. My wife and I couldn’t thank them enough. To Frank and the guys, THANKS AGAIN.

When people say there are good people in this Country, Frank and his crew fit the bill. Definitely helped out a New York boy far from home.

I cannot speak highly enough of B&B Trailers of Savannah. I was towing my 26 foot boat from North west Georgia to Ft McAlister (about a 6 hour drive) a couple hours from Savannah I found my wench/bow roller bracket had bent backwards and was laying on top of my wench. I talked to Matt at B&B. I sent him a picture of the issue. and he said he thought he had the part i needed. He also said if he didnt have it he would help me find it. I told him i was on my way but i was about 2 hours away. When I got there I found out they were having a really bad day but they assured me they would take care of me. While looking at the bracket they noticed my boat was about 8 inches too far up the trailer (probably due to the bent bracket). they told me they would need to lift my boat to reposition the trailer but assured me they could do it. They told me it would take a couple of hours so my wife and I got lunch and finished our shopping for our trip. When we got back to B&B I found their day had gotten worse but they were working on my trailer. I watched them reposition the boat on the trailer then diagnose why the bracket bent in the first place. they found the correct replacement part and installed it. Frank gave me some suggestions to make loading the boat easier. I took his advise and between the bracket being re-positioned and Franks suggestions on loading, my boat has never loaded easier and the 6 hour ride home was an easier pull due to the boat being positioned correctly on the trailer. The most surprising part was what they charged me. I guarantee the same work at home would have cost me 3 to 4 times what Matt and Frank charged me. I also found out they will come to you if your broken down as well. Luckily I was able to pull mine to the shop. If youre any where near Savannah and need trailer work, you wold be foolish to go anywhere other than B&B

I can’t remember the last time I wanted to submit a company review, but after visiting B&B, I feel the need to share the experience; I was referred to B&B Trailers for hard-to-find parts for an urgent repair on a 25’ boat trailer. I must say, meeting the friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff was like a “breath of fresh air”. They did not have the exact parts, but with their experience and a genuine concern for my problem, they suggested an alternative solution (and provided the parts) that led to a perfect fix and my trailer was good to go the very same day. Wish everyone conducted their business in such a kind and professional manner.

Didn’t have my boat on the trailer when they redid everything I asked them to. Got the boat on the trailer and the front boards didn’t line up. I took the trailer with the boat on it and they adjusted everything on the spot, no wait. I am very pleased and excited to have my boat on a trailer I can trust

We are from out if town and I called with a problem to my 5th wheel and the owner personally came out to the campground to help us out. Professional, incredibly nice, and an overall great experience, he even took the time to make recommendations on where to eat and things to do while in Savannah. If you need trailer tires, trailer work, or general help with something youre pulling, this is the place to go.

Road trip with our new camper included a stay near Savannah. We hadencountered some problems with the weight distribution hitch along the way and needed to have it fixed before our return trip up the East Coast. The owner and staff at B&B were able to get us in within a days notice and were very thorough in evaluating and correcting the problem. We were met with kindness, expertise, and genuine southern hospitality (yes, it does exist!). Much gratitude to Mr. Frank, Melanie and Matt!!

I could not be more happy with the service I received at B&B. The axle on my boat trailer got destroyed while I was driving the boat home. Everyone was closed and we could not find a full replacement axle. We called B&B and they went out of their way to come open the shop and help us out. Excellent excellent service, the owner met us personally during off hours on a holiday weekend about an hour north of his actual shop because no one else would hands-down best. He arrived when he said he would and was done in a time frame he said it would take. He changed a whole hub assembly within a hour.

I was in Savannah on business when I noticed that the one of linkages between the leaf spring and the equalizer had broken on my travel trailer. They had the parts in stock, got me right into the shop and back on the road. These are good guys who work to make customers happy. They have a very fair shop rate, especially campared to national rv chain retailers. I literally can say thanks enough to these guys.

Very pleased with Franks service. In our last day vacationing at Tybee, our boat trailer broke and Frank made our emergency his priority. He went over and beyond with his service call, to not only repair the part that broke, but also made other repairs to the trailer so we could travel back home safely. I took my boat trailer in for axles and hubs. They assured me that the work would be completed the next day. When they discovered that the axles were labelled incorrectly by the factory and would not fit, Frank drove to West Palm, got the correct axles and came back the same day. My trailer was finished when they said it would be and I am amazed that they went so far above and beyond to keep their word. No one else is ever going to work on my trailers but B&B!!!

Great guy nd great service. Got me taken care of quickly so i could go put the boat in.

12 hours from home, I was having problems with my truck and trailer. Unsure what to do or where to go, I gave them a call and they were happy to assist me. With non working/damaged lights, missing hub covers, and some lengthy wiring issues, they definitely had their work cut out for them. However, thanks to the master technicians and their vast expertise, they were able to diagnose the wiring issues and fix my rig fast! Within no time, I was back on the road and have peace of mind knowing that the lights are not only legal, but safe.
