Rude and low staffed. I went there for a piercing and I had to wait extra long as they wanted to cash out the customers buying jewelry before me. My piercing wasnt even done properly.

We had a great experience piercing my 4 year old nieces ears! Friendly and quick service and great selection of beautiful earrings. I would definitely recommend this spot!

Refused to serve us at 9:46 pm when it clearly states in here they close at 10 stating they have to clean. That is supposed to happen after closing.

ZERO STARS!! I bought earrings from here. A month after buying them the clasp gave out and fell out my ear. Spoke to customer service, who then tried reaching out to the store manager at the Roosevelt Field Location to see if they can find a resolution. No answer!! I called customer service for 2 weeks asking for an update, nothing!! One girl told me she’ll reach out to the district manager and I’ll hear something back, that was a month ago! No answer! Horrible customer service!!! Decided to take a loss. Paid off the credit I had with them and then decided to cut up my card. Will never buy anything from them again.

My son had his ears pierced at Piercing Pagoda. The staff was quick and courteous. There was no real wait time despite the fact that it was Christmas Eve! Good job guys!😊

Purchased earrings, and later found the same ones for half the cost. I also bought, what I thought, was a beautiful ring for myself. A day later, the stone fell out and I called to inform them. No apology, and I could not receive store credit for a ring that was cheaply made.

I’m very disappointed in this location I’ve gone three times just to buy a pair of stud earrings and every time the girls behind the counter have ignored or told me they would help me and then ignored me while laughing and talking to each other. After 20 minutes of waiting for someone to help me with what would take not even 5 minutes to buy I walked away and bought them somewhere else.

After wanting to get my ears pierced for years, I finally decided to take the plunge and do it. I had gone back and forth between Pagoda and Claires and Pagoda just seemed to be more upscale/higher quality(I have had friends go to Claires for piercings). I was a little nervous and they were busy so it took a while for someone to help me. Once they did, they helped me pick out an earring based on the fact that I sleep on my side and cant sleep on my back. I have small ears as well, so I went with a small stud. I was in no discomfort(after the initial second of slight pain) until I tried to sleep that night. The butterfly back was irritating the back of my ear like crazy. I was so frustrated and was ready to just take them out. My mom called Pagoda and they said to come in. The woman who helped me, Aleesa, was so nice and understanding. She recommended getting the bell backs so that it cannot hit the back of your ear. I, thankfully, was able to keep my earrings in and when I came time to buy my first pair of post-studs, I went to that particular Piercing Pagoda because I wanted Aleesa to help me. She has now helped me pick out jewelry multiple times and whenever I go there and she isnt there I am disappointed. When I went one time to buy jewelry, I saw the person who pierced my ears and told her about the problem I had with the initial backs. She said that she couldnt sleep with those backs either. Well, thanks for letting me know! It all worked out in the end and Piercing Pagoda is where I will buy my jewelry in the future(with the exception of rings because they never seem to have size 6). You know when you buy your jewelry there that you are getting something high quality. Their insurance plan is awesome because if you get it within a year you can exchange you jewelry, even if you have worn it and the insurance transfers to the new item. Their credit card is also a nice deal with 6-month interest-free financing.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff, they have a wide variety of jewelry. I had a concept in my mind of what i wanted and i was surprised to see that they had just what i wanted

I went to this location after reading on their website that they are Professionals. They are rude with so much attitude be aware of them took my baby last night for piercing the girl marked her wrong the mark wasnt even I told her can u mark again and this gentleman came over and said miss your baby have a defect in her ear thats y they are not even. Seriously? he said we are professionals its your baby. He told me if Im not satisfied then Ill get the refund and I can get the piercing from some where else I got so mad and walked to an other booth after I got my refund they pierced my baby ears in 10 minutes with less charges and guess what?they are even! Probably the salesman have some kind of birth defect in his eyes never go there. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE and HORRIBLE...

The line goes out into the mall past the first set of kiosks. There is a greeter handing out product guides while only 3 customers are allowed in the store at the same time. I finally get in to buy what I want and the cashier makes a comment about me only buying 1 thing after a 20 minute wait outside.

I was told the same that my baby has defected ears ... no ears are the same ... the guy was good but there was a lady who told me that saying there is less space in my babys ear ...
