I had the best experience this morning. Went in with a recommendation from my foot doctor and they were able to look at the note and recommend several styles, explained the differences in the shoes and what areas they could help. I was so pleased at the service, quality of knowledge, and the choices they had, I bought 3 different styles and plan to buy more there. The comfort of the shoes made a difference

Best service in a shoe store, ever. If Jeremy didn’t work there i would’ve left with nothing, but he’s such a good salesman i left with two new pairs of shoes and a package with shoe cleaners and water proof spray. Like i didn’t even plan on getting shoes at all. I was just walking around the strip mall checking out all the stores.

The manager was amazing! He made us feel so good. Especially after the nasty service we got at famous footwear. Thank you for everything you do!

Asked for a pair of shoes I saw on display. He Sized my foot and came back with a pair. Felt way too big. He said they felt good to him. Looked at the size and it was wrong. He then admitted they didnt have that size. He then said he would look again and came back with a similar, but different pair and another pair of colorful clown shoes. I told him I would leave my number and to call Me when the right pair came in. He continued to try to sell me so I walked out. They train their staff to deceive and literally lie. He was a nice kid, but I was totally turned off. Each rep had corporate sales training at the sacrifice of their true character and good nature and unfortunately, they will go through life thinking it is the correct way. I hope they dont starve.

Staff was friendly and helpful. High end shoes, so the prices were a bit high.

Upon arriving to the store with my mother and sisters this sales person (Daniel) scanned us up and down and stated we looked like we were in need of more than just a new pair of converse telling us we looked dirty and unfit to enter their store. Dispite this interaction my sister stated it was she who needed work shoes, and he told my little sister and I to stand aside while she attended my sister. My mother asked for a translation of what the man said and he immediately turned and told my mother she was a dirty Mexican and that if she had a problem with his store she could just leave and he yelled at us to leave and called us a waste of time and money and to never come back. I hope you reconsider who you hire at this store, as we are tired of encountering racism each time we go to tradehome shoes.
