Poor customer service from the younger people. The elder customers were helpful and kind.

You would think they would listen to customers dislike about their actions over masks. People have been vaccinated. If they want to wear one thats fine but we should be able to make our own health decision.. It amazes me that a lumber yard knows more about heath then lumber.They are more worried about a mask then helping you load lumberI also didnt see them cleaning carts for being so worried about my health

My first time in Menards store and I was blown away. Never seen so much building supplies in stock in one store. I did not look or check for lumber but when it comes to plumbing doors windows electrical it had it all. A wide selection of everything. I was here because I ordered a door from them online and I came to pick it up. I drove 170 mi to get the door that I want at the price that I wanted and when I got here I saw so much more. I wish we had one of these in Texas where I live.

Employees do not know really anything at the store. Things are not on shelves where listed. Lumber and drywall dont have any pricing listed. Left with a major migraine. Came from Colby and will go to homey depot in hays from now on.

They had what I wanted. I left as a very happy guy.

Was told I needed to wear a mask. I said ok do you have them she said yes for 42 cents. Then she walked away from us. When I asked again she told us we wouldn’t have to wait if I had my own. So I said never mind I guess you lost our business today to which she replied wouldn’t be the first. How rude can you be about it? The mask mandate is OVER.

Commie face mask police. Ill never spend another cent at this store. Lester the manager is about worthless, his own employees are walking around with them around their necks. But every place has the right to refuse you service. Just a shame how many sheep are buying this bs.

I freaking love this store! It has everything you could ever want or need to build a house from the ground up and then to even stock it with food afterwards!

Bought a whole kitchen set, and when I started putting up my kitchen cabinets, I had corner cabinet broken top counter cracked and many pieces not sent with my kitchen cabinets ... I traveled an hour to get my cabinets and had to go back 4 focken times... to argue with kitchen manager and this is what she told me on my 3rd trip ...I don’t need y’all coming back saying you ain’t got this or that ( I was heated) I can come back 50 times cause I spent 4,000 dollars... you will see me as many times I want🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Great prices and if you have a menards card you get discounts. Friendly customer service alk the time. I like their app but the only downfall is it doesnt give yoy the isle number to find what your looking for.

Thank you Menards for requiring a mask and refusing to let us in your store. Because of your hateful attitude to those who cannot wear a mask for medical reasons, we were turned away.That turned out to be the best thing that happened to us! Looking online, we didnt think The Home Depot had in stock what we needed, but we went there anyway. We were greeted at the door and invited in. The Home Depot had everything we needed at fantastic prices! After we had filled our cart with over $450 worth of supplies, we were encouraged to join their Pro Xtra membership for free!Menards, you can keep your rude employee at the door. Who knows, maybe she will be named an honorary employee of the month at The Home Depot down the street.

Good, big box, hardware and home improvement store with nice additions of work clothing and a selection of food. Nice surprise to walk in and see a 15% off bag.

This is a good store for everything you need, they have sections that are organized so you can find what you need fast and others to just be browsing, great prices too

Good place to go if you know what you want. They seem to have cut back on staff. Hard to find anyone to help you. Products seen to be a bit lower in quality than competitors, but prices are lower too for the most part.

They have a ridiculous mask policy.The security guard tracked me down, grabbed me by my arm and tried to drag me out of the store for not wearing a mask.Even after I stated to him a undisclosed medical condition.Finally after stating my rights and breaking loose of his hold I continued to shop.They have completely went over the top with the mask rule

Better than usual. A very helpful young lady led me from one end to the other helping me find what I needed.

Was in the store earlier today no mask no problem forgot something came back around 2pm was tracked down by 3 men told to wear a mask i informed them i had asthma continued to walk away was told they dont care to leave the store the 3 men followed me closer than the 6ft distance all the way to the door will not spend another penny here they are lucky im even writing this review have fun if you like your rights violated I will not be here for it

The focus should be on customer service not on whose not wearing a mask. Mask do not work. Its a lie...

They make you buy a mask to spend your money inside. If they are so worried about it, give the masks away with purchase. But, the people who work there are generally very nice and helpful

They ran out of a specific craftsman leaf blower and offered to sell us the display at a significantly reduced price. Saved about $50 on a $150 leaf blower. Cant beat that. Thanks!

I have spent thousands of dollars at this store, and have been denied to shop at this store for not wearing a mask.. The in competence of the managers is appalling.. Will NOT DO Business, with a company of sutch a lack of common sence.. This store is a disgrace to America..

I will NEVER set foot back in your business. Im sure your employee was doing his job, but refusing to allow me in your store without a face covering us unacceptable. I told him I was exempt and he hollered for someone to call a manager. I was with my husband and mother in law, both wearing a mask....i put a cover in front of my face and was allowed to continue. You violated my ADA rights.

Was the worst experience being harrassed to put on a mask because of medical conditions Im not able spent almost 5000 in there an was not offered help to load anything or push out 3 different carts asked for help from a few workers for them to never return

Great service. Terri, Sam and another team member helped me look through the bin full of toy cars because I was looking for a specific one disney cars. The fact that my son has autism and they took their time to dump the bin out for me to search for the cars and was not a high priced item I was going to buy is an Example of great humans

SERVICE DENIED. Gave a 1 because its impossible to give a zero. Store in Garden City Kansas refused entry without a mask, even though informed I had asthma and COPD and wasnt able to wear one. Also explained that they are in violation of the law], which they also didnt care about. Permanently taking my business elsewhere.

I spend $1200-1500 per month at this store and now today they want me to refuse me service for not wearing a mask? Hasnt been the policy the last 3 times I came in in the last month. I ask if they provide masks, and their answer was they would sell me a box of them. Go screw yourselves. Ill shop at Home Depot.

I do not agree with requiring customers to wear face mask to shop. It is ny choice to wear a face mask. I can go to a Ball game at Ball Parks in town, I can go eat at any restaurant in town and I can go shopping at ANY store in town. And this is what I will choose to do as you will not take away my rights to shop with.out face covering.

They have a wide selection. We get our coffee K-cups here as the price is generally cheaper than anything we can even find online. This trip we were also looking at lighting, specifically chandeliers. They had an excellent selection with many that were of interest. Much nicer than similar DIY stores with spacious aisles and a wide selection on many different items as well as special order options. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

Great place to shop for anything home related. The grocery department is a great touch. The customer service is excellent.

I am surprised at how well everyone knows the store- even new customer service members have helped me find things.These people have gone out of their way to help me. I have been walking down an aisle and been asked if they could help me, and it was a good thing they did because I was looking in the wrong part of the store! I have also gone looking for help and found someone very quick. The store is layed out very well but its nice to know someone can pin point what I need quicker than I can guess where it might be.I know I can get what I need for a very low price.

Theres so much stuff I couldnt see it all in the ten minutes I was in there searching for clothes, oh well Ross came through. Nonetheless the selection is off the wall and on the wall (literallydrf) I will definitely be back soon.

Delightful customer service agent started our visit. We found some items advertised on sale and put them in our cart. But at checkout we were told the sale price was not good until tomorrow. 4 hours away. They would not honor the advertised price at checkout. We drove from Elkhart an hour and a half only to be disappointed by improperly advertised prices. Sorry Menards we wont be back.

Cashier was very rude. I didnt have a mask bc I came from out of town and she acted like she was not going to check out my stuff. This is the first time I have ever had bad service.

Would be a much better shopping experience if the high school children working in the place were actually working, werent traveling in groups talking about their boy and girlfriends, and knew anything was. The one female child who actually stopped to help me in the tools section was very kind but had no idea what a router was, or where the shop vacs were at.

Once someone told me that if someone made me mad, to wait 6 hours before I act. So here is my review after my waiting period. Found my store merchandise fine inside the store. Went and added the outside stuff to the ticket, and they were really helpful, all was going great. Drove around to the shed to pick up some sheets of 5/8x4x10 drywall, 3/4 t&g plywood, and a couple 2x6s. No one in sight but the guy who pulled in before me. He was loading his own stuff, but as I have 2 broken fingers, I waited 10 minutes to see if anyone showed up. Got my x6s, went around for lap 2 since a customer pulled in behind me. A third customer made it in behind me as I got to the drywall. Now employees start coming out. 2 helping the guy in front of me, 1 helping the guy behind me. No offers to help me, or even acknlolwdgement that I existed. I loaded all of the 87lb sheets of drywall and the t&g plywood alone and in less time than the 2 guys loading 5 2x4s into the vehicle in front. Not sure this is the norm there, but I didnt feel that my business was valued.

I ordered an online product to remove it from the store and when I went to pick it up, they never found it, they kept us an hour waiting for nothing, very disappointing my experience in this store and when I went to the manager for help was worse, in the endi didnt get help even an apology for the inconvenience.

Great sales, lots of variety. While the staff is friendly if you have to go find one for something, they never have assisted me in getting large items out and loaded. Both times I went with my kids, once to get sheetrock and then a 12 roll of carpet. Neither time did any store associate offer any assistance getting the items to the register nor out of the store. Very bad customer service overall.

Great place to shop in town

Was told it was on the the complete other end of the building on isle 35 when i walked in. Went to the other end of the building and no isle 35. Found 34 and 36. Oh wait it is in a center isle 50 feet to the other end of the building. And low and behold no item i was looking for in that isle. Internet inventory said 14. Well went 2 isles over and found similar items but not the one i wanted. Tracked down an associate and was told they had been move upstairs. Finally found the only one they had upstairs. Should have been a 15 min in and out took almost 40.

Mandate masks. Nowhere else has a security guard to make sure you are wearing one. Talk about no freedom.

Asked an employee for help and she didnt know a thing about the store. She pointed me in the direction and wished me well. Im sorry but if I was given an opportunity to work in a department store with huge gauges in my ears and alternative makeup I would try my hardest to be the best darn employee I could be so more people like me could have opportunities to work in costumer service.

A wonderful shopping experience. its a hardware store, lawn and garden center,an electric shop, a lumber store. They even have a selection of food. Helpful associates throughout the store asking to help you.

Got a door and some painting supplies on this trip. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and I LOVE all the choices in the place! Almost makes me dizzy checking everything out!
