This is a small privately owned company, I know there are just a couple of negative reviews out there but give them a chance. A little communication and patience can go a long way. I made a recent purchase with this company and I was very excited about it! I voiced one concern via email and one of their team members got to me moments after. The gentleman was patient, transparent and understanding. He assured me that he will be providing me with shipment information today and reassured me that I will have my product in no time. Kudos to this mom & pop company following through on their word. I will update my review with pictures and product insight upon delivery!

Absolute garbage company. I ordered a Lee reloading press before doing any real research on the company. My card was charged at time of purchase. After a few days I emailed their customer service email asking if there was going to be any significant delays due to COVID-19, I received no reply. A few days later their website updated to say they would no longer be shipping products and all purchases would be fulfilled by warehouses across the country. I emailed them per instructions to ask for a refund and again, received no reply. 2 days later I went to send them another email only to find their website had been taken down and their phone disconnected! Ultimately had to file a charge dispute with my bank and received my money back. This company has non-existent customer service, absolutely zero communication, and doesnt even appear to be a legitimate business. Complaints of orders not being fulfilled, owners being impossible to get a hold of, and situations that basically amount to theft should tell you all you need to know about them. Avoid Shield Group AMT at all costs if you value your money.

Almost a month ago I ordered some parts from them. Immediately my card was charged and an email receipt was sent. No further communication has been received. I have tried calling and emailing multiple times with no response. This company is a thief. I will be contacting the local authorities.

Made an order online. Way cheaper then the competitors. Said they’d ship in 2-10 business days and arrived sooner than expected. Great communication with tracking numbers and received my daughter’s gift ahead of schedule. Thanks for the great deal and the good service!!!,

I placed an order for a weapon light and paid by credit card. I received the standard email receipt and notice I would be given a tracking number. That was 5 weeks ago. After three emails, a phone call, and an email to the admin I have heard nothing! I have no light and they have my money. What appeared to be a good price from a reputable company is far from reality.

Placed an online order a while ago for over $100. Got an order confirmation and the transfer cleared the bank. A few weeks went buy and I sent an email concerning my order with no response. Called a few times with no success and left a voicemail with no response either. Not sure if they have big contracts with LE or government but it seems like they dont care about the little guy. Their communication is awful. At least they could say your item is back ordered or refund your money. Glad I didnt drop a bunch of cash here. Might be different in person, but if you shop online beware!

I placed an order and paid it on Nov. 2019. The order never come. I tried to contact the seller by phone and email. No response. Complained on BBB and the Consumer Protection Division, Office of the Attorney General of Idaho state. No response from the seller either. Keep away from these people!

Complete Scammers STAY AWAY!!! I read some negative reviews on here but also read some positive so I called them. Customer service was awesome and I ordered 4 AR 15s then once the $2600 was taken out of my account the never returned a email when I asked for tracking info. So I called them 20 times over 2 weeks and left several messages none answered again STAY AWAY !!!

Ordered ammo for a hog hunt. Never got a confirmation email for my order. After 10 days and no word I called 4 times and emailed. No return on either. It shouldnt be that difficult to fulfill an order or return communication. Theres no excuse.

I Ordered a High demand, hard to find rifle from these guys, most places were saying more than 2 month wait period. Shield group got it in stock and shipped to me within 6 weeks. Will buy from them in the future without hesitation.

If it were possible to award negative stars this reviewer would do so. Ordered an expensive suppressor after being verbally assured (by Jim) the item was in stock. $ deducted from my CCA immediately. At time of order, was advised Form 3 turn around would be max 2 weeks. After 2 weeks was advised it would be 4 weeks. After 4 weeks Shield refused to return emails/phone calls. Finally had to call ATF in WV who got involved as I put Shield on notice via certified mail; this finally resulted in a refund after 60+ days. Wasted 2 months and the use of ~$750 dealing with Shield.

I ordered a few items from them as they had a sale and were offering the best prices, one of which was the UBR2.0. when I placed the order I didnt realize how long it would take before they shipped it, and after a couple days and no notice I checked their site. My bad for not seeing their 2-10 business days for processing before shipping.Long story short, by the time I received the shipping notice I was heading out of town for a bit. I called and Jim helped get everything fixed and changed the shipping to where I was going to be staying. I appreciate someone who will go the extra mile, especially when it was my own fault that there was an issue.

Amazing customer service! I had a question about my online order and I needed to speak with someone right away. I requested to receive a call that night at 10:30 and they came through! Jim took the time to answer all of my questions and really went above and beyond! I highly recommend them!

I called but didnt get an answer,so I hung up the Phone it rang back and it was Shield Group AMT I talked with a rep who was fabulously helpful. He told me some info if I did not like the price call in and he would see if he could find it cheaper. I placed an order and he checked availability of it and told me I would receive a email when it shipped.Then I read some bad reviews got worried but in five days like I was told an two days later I had exactly what I ordered .Thanks again.

I ordered a bcg for $220 on 3-1-20 and my CC was billed on 3-5-20, I received a order number and a message that I would receive an email with tracking info when the order was processed. It has been two weeks now and I have sent emails and left phone messages on a number of locations with no response from anyone or by email. The customer service is non_existant and as far as Im concerned they have committed Freud and Robert. I will de contacting the local authorities to get them shut down before they can RIP anyone else off.

Late Dec 26th I ordered and item from Shield understanding I was between Christmas and New Years day when individuals/companies take time off to be with family. I had concerns about my order later in the week, due to the holidays, and wrote an email to their administrative account on Friday Dec 27th asking them to contact me Monday.To my surprise I received a call from Jim with Shield Saturday Dec 28th. After reading my email he called me on his day off and discussed my order ending with him informing me I would be receiving shipping notification on Monday Dec 30th. On Monday I received that email and the order was in my hands Thursday Jan 2nd.This is exceptional customer service and is above/beyond good services. I was impressed with Jims knowledge and his efforts to reach out and inform me of the orders progress. I will order from Shield again and will recommend them to others.

I’ve been on the hunt for Chiappa Rhino 60DS for a while now and couldn’t find one less than $900. Came across these guys and they were selling one for $869. So I picked it up right away. After about a day or so I got no further contact from them so I decided to give them a call. No answer and no return on call back. Got a little worried about the matter after reading the reviews. Than Jim calls me two days later and says they were getting renewed with the ATF so they were dealing with that. Told me that my item was coming directly from the manufacturer and would get notification in the next day or so. I did and for my item two days later. Brand new and in perfect condition. Will definitely be using these guys in the future.

Saw some negative reviews after I placed the order. But when I contacted them on Facebook, they replied me very quickly. They also called me to confirm the receivers name because I used my brother-in-laws credit card. Even the shipment is back logged from Friday to next Tuesday due to holiday, but I am still trust them for my next purchase.

Placed and paid for an order on February 14th. Its going on 19 business days and I have no idea what the status of my order is. Messaged on the site 3 times, emailed directly twice, and left a voicemail. Have not had any response(yes I check my Spam folder). Will be disputing with CC company tomorrow. Stay away!!!!

Placed an online order two weeks ago and was charged immediately and received an order receipt. Waited for shipping confirmation, which still hasnt been received. Emailed with no response, called and left a VoiceMail with no response, emailed again asking for my order to be cancelled and still no response. Didnt want to have to deal with disputing the charges with my CC company.

SCAMMERS I had a very bad experience ordering there. It is impossible to get someone on the phone, emails do not get answered. Credit gets charge right after the order but I am still waiting on my items 2 weeks later, ordered in stock items, still not shipped yet cannot any one to talk to, cannot even cancel the order.

I made an online purchase from Shield Group. Excellent and speedy communication was followed by super fast shipping (purchased Tuesday night, got my FFL info Wednesday, and I got a call from my FFL Friday morning that my transfer had already arrived). I would be happy to do business with them again!

Got an in-stock alert for a Henry rifle from Shield Group AMT on 12/5/18, place an order online for that rifle on 12/5/18. My CC was charged on 12/6/18 and I received an order receipt with my FFL shipping info on 12/5/18. Have placed over a dozen calls to Shield Group AMT no answers, left multiple call back messages, received none. Have sent multiple email no replys. It been 2 weeks with no contact from seller they basically just stole my money and shipped me nothing. Proceeding to file a complaint with the BBB, ATF and my credit card company on Shield Group AMT.

Had some hiccups between SGAMT and the receiving FFL two times but both times I submitted an email via the website contact forum I received an email or call back promptly. The first time I received an email same day and the second time I received a call not 15 minutes later. They’re busy so be patient.

I would say they have horrible customer service, but they littlerly dont have any. Paid for my gun online over two weeks ago, received a receipt and then nothing... They have not provided a tracking #, responded to my voicemails, emails, or direct messages on their website.I will be disputing the charge with my bank. As I cant even get a hold of someone at Sheild Group AMT to get an update on my order.

I placed a firearm order in September 2019 that was listed as in stock. after allowing over twenty days for shipment, I requested cancellation and refund of the order twice by emails that were never answered and once by phone where I was told the refund would be issued. It is now -10-29-19 and the charge is still on my credit card. BUYER BEWARE
